I used Orange Auto Transport to broker the deal with the company who picked up my Porsche 911 which I needed shipped from Los Angeles to Georgia. They were super kind and friendly on the phone to help organize everything. Amanda was amazing. I used a Apple Tracker to keep an eye on my car the entire time. This is a great trustworthy company!

I had hoped this would be a smooth transaction. Pick up my car in Florida, and deliver it to me in Houston, TX. Quoted price was fair, but I didn’t check Yelp or Google reviews… MY mistake. Driver called when he was to be picking up from our place in Florida. “;Door to Door” service means something else to RoadRunner. The driver called and said he couldn’t get to my home, which is on a road. He wanted someone to drive it to him. Finally, he picked up the vehicle, and was going to be in Houston Friday. Friday came, and I got an email, saying we’d receive a call ahead 2-3 hours before he’d arrive. Well, it’s Saturday at 1:00 pm CST, no contact with the driver, or dispatch. I called the 877#, waited for 45 minutes on hold, and was told that the emails are automated, and some drivers do a better job than others updating them. I asked what the status of my vehicle is, and the operator couldn’t tell me, but would put in a “ticket” to update. After Hours of waiting, I have no vehicle, no contact from the driver or dispatch, and a bad feeling about this company.

Had my car shipper from Fort Lauderdale,FL to Mesa, AZ. I was told that I could put 200lbs of personal items in my vehicle. When the driver arrived they said it was only 100lbs. I had to pay an extra 100 bucks. When I spoke with Safeeds they said they would take care of it and they did not. I still had to pay and when I received my car some of my stuff was broken.And my service tire system light is on in my car.

An awful experience from start to finish. terrible communication and misleading terms. The original quote/contract price doubled after signing. The driver was late and unresponsive. The driver actually laughed at me for being on time and waiting! It was shocking. Incredibly unprofessional. I’m not sure how they can even stay in business. I hope I never have to ship a car again because this sector/type of business is so scammy. AVOID this company!
