Great service. Driver was great at communicating pickup and delivery window and status during transport.

I needed my car to be transported from CA to a remote city in the Pacific Northwest. Henry of Coastal Car Transport managed to arrange the transport by an alternate route and provided an excellent driver. The driver was a total professional and courteous.

The car was delivered in perfect condition to the remote city.

This is the second time Coastal Car has provided me excellent deliver in perfect condition transport. The first time it was from CA to a city near SLC.

Recommend Coastal Car Transport for delivering car on time in great condition based on my experience.

Definitely a scam. If it’s not, then horrible customer service. They offer a low price and try and force you to sign paperwork right away. Very sketchy.

Car shipped from New York to the Midwest. Communication and delivery was great, very professional. Driver went over everything about the car. Would highly recommend.

I was emailing back and forth with a Sherpa employee about transporting my car, but when I asked to change the pickup date, he ghosted me! I emailed the company a few times to let them know I hadn’t heard anything back. Still nothing from anyone! That was very strange and a red flag for me. I’m just glad I never paid them any $!
