Easy to deal with and the motorcycle made it there in a timely fashion and and with no problems. The rate was also very affordable compared to others.
If anyone knows how to communicate with them then it an act of GOD. I am happy they are veteran owned but interesting is that verified as they did not offer me a USAA discount. I am really displease right now as I was promised in a pejorative tone when I did not have a text as I just had arrive back East to book this that I would be notified like a FedEX package where my car was in transit every step of the way. When they failed to pick up my car on the original promised date I had planned to cancel. Then miraculously they appear one week later. I received zero apologies from the sales person and I have no idea where my car is in transit. It is a prized possession and I am furious right now. No customer service. I have not heard anything from dispatch. I called a company I have used in the past but they must have gone out of business during COVID. Will update the review but I am not happy right now.
SGT transported my car from NY to California in 8 days. They are prompt. The driver delivered the car around 9 pm since it was his last deliver.
Their service is great. the only downside is they give you only one day notice on when to pick up the car.
I wanted to take the opportunity to thank Sherpa for finding Alex with Golden Lion Transportation for me. His service level is second to none, from the initial contact to the final delivery. His level of communication was far better than expected and made every effort to accommodate any schedule adjustment needed. He should be commended for his efforts and a guy you really need to keep on your list of premier companies you work with. Someone I would trust with the highest priority transports! The entire process was smooth and easy, the price guarantee is a must have. I will definitely use Sherpa again.
