If anyone knows how to communicate with them then it an act of GOD. I am happy they are veteran owned but interesting is that verified as they did not offer me a USAA discount. I am really displease right now as I was promised in a pejorative tone when I did not have a text as I just had arrive back East to book this that I would be notified like a FedEX package where my car was in transit every step of the way. When they failed to pick up my car on the original promised date I had planned to cancel. Then miraculously they appear one week later. I received zero apologies from the sales person and I have no idea where my car is in transit. It is a prized possession and I am furious right now. No customer service. I have not heard anything from dispatch. I called a company I have used in the past but they must have gone out of business during COVID. Will update the review but I am not happy right now.
Highly recommend, high level of professionalism. It’s better to use this company than to try to trail your vehicle across the country. I moved from the west coast to the east coast and this was the best company that fit my needs picked my truck up on 3/16/24 and it was delivered on 3/23/24. I love the way that my vehicle was strapped down through the travel.
Terrible customer service rep from Kevin Johnson. He changed price based on changes they requested, not I. Also the rep told me the day before of the price change instead. I paid due to the need of my car. But my driver was great.
service was great all the way. kept me updated on the delivery from start to end. driver came sooner than expected and treated my motorcycle with respect.
