The driver showed as they said, not problem or damage during the shipping to our cars

I set up a vehicle pick up with Chloe, she kindly told me transport would pick up my vehicle on March 15, and my vehicle would be delivered on March 22 in GA. I called on the 14th to confirm the pick up, left her a message never heard back from her, called customer service and was told thats not how it works, that they had my vehicle set to be put out for a carrier to maybe pick up within a week from March 15th. I called back Monday the 18th, still no carrier, I made other arrangements since I needed my vehicle in GA on the 22nd. I called on Wednesday to cancel the service, Josh very rudely tells me he’s going to charge the $250 cancellation fee. I explained to him what Chloe had told me, never saying they MIGHT pick up my vehicle SOMETIME! Josh said since I was getting agitated he was going to charge me the whole 300 bucks instead! I again explained to him what I had discussed with Chloe, he said he was going to listen to the record of the call, puts me on hold for 1 minute and came back said “for future reference” do your research because nothing is guaranteed! thanks for the heads up Josh!! I will do my research for next time and stay away from your rude and lying company!

Total bait and switch business. They quote rates that they have no plan to honor. On the date of the transport they more than doubled the price and immediately refer to contract language that the quoted costs were estimates. Many of us have commitments to get a car somewhere by a date so there’;s often no option but to pay the new “doubled” rate. I also sensed that none of the service people are in the US and they are essentially reading a script to disgruntled customers. They scramble at the last minute to find a transporter who’s an independent trucker. USA Carship was one of my worst business encounters. No way I would ever work with them again or recommend them to anyone. Just a horrible experience.

We’re in the military, so this is for military people thinking about using this company. We worked with Sophie, we told her of our military status, and that our vehicle will be on the base at a friend’s house, because we had to report to our next duty station and wouldn’t be there with the vehicle. Sophie, the representative said that was fine. We gave her the address, scheduled a pickup date window. On the day of the pickup, the trucking company contacts us, explaining he can’t get on the base, and could we have someone bring the vehicle outside the base, none of which was told to us was going to happen, and when we tried to contact Sophie by phone, she wouldn’t answer our call. We did get a text from her, telling us about a conversation that NEVER took place, she was untruthful. So if you’re in the military and have to do a conus move, think twice before using this company. Seems like they will say anything to get your business, which is very unfortunate
