These idiots don’t mind harassing with spam calls and messages… After repeated complaints, they still dont care and keep harassing with messages at all times… And when you call to ask them to remove your number from automated messages, they hang up immediately when they hear the words ‘remove my number’… good luck if you share your number with them…

They stopped taking my calls when the rig that had my vehicle on it broke down. Totally irresponsible. Do not expect anything from this company once you give them their cut ($350). Absolutely terrible experience.

I would give negative stars if I could! 4 months later from running the quote, I still get calls at 4am and text messages every single day about my inquiry. Have done the unsubscribe 3 times and still get solicited every day. How do I make this stop?

Delivery from San Francisco to Seattle. Excellent delivery, driver kept in touch along the way by texts. Car was not damaged at all, just dirty considering it was transported in an open trailer.

They will literally say ANYTHING including yes, we have a carrier the night before they “guaranteed” a pick up day and then completely go silent, because in fact, they didn’t have a carrier and no it really wasn’t a “guarantee” even after they demanded more money for a “guarantee”. Maybe this is the way they all work, bait and switch, promise a pickup without ever having a sure carrier. The whole situation sucks. I believed them when they said the process would be smooth, they absolutely would deliver the car, blah blah blah. My fault. Don’t make it yours.
