Do not use this carrier for transport of your vehicle. They claim that their employees perform the service but they use third parties to do the work. Plus they charge more than other carriers because of that claim. The tracker that they purport helps you keep track of your vehicle is useless. It doesn’;t tell you where your vehicle is, only that it’s “in transit”. Put an AirTag in your vehicle so you can track it. My vehicle was delivered by a third party to a city less than 100 miles from the final destination and sat there for 5 days. My contact with the company could not help me at all! United Road takes your money up front and doesn’t perform for you. Don’t use them.

The car was delivered in a timely manner. i wasn’t familiar with the quoting procedures I think the initial quote they give is never the final price so I think they should do a better job of explaining that upfront and it would make the process easier, people in the US don’;t prefer to haggle on prices or quotes. Just give me the price and I’ll decide if it’s a good deal or not. I think My deal was very fair $800 from Houston to Cali. Stefan helped me a lot and I appreciated the service and communication. I’d use them again now knowing what I know.
My car arrived safe and sound. My only concern was that you could not reach the driver for a couple of days. The first car you brought to me took less than 48 hours. This one took almost a week. That would be more acceptable if you had better communication with you drivers. The unknown was nerve racking.
