My car was transported from Coeur d’Alene Idaho, all the way to Florida seamlessly. There was total communication with the driver, the whole way, and all the dates were just as promised. Robert who drove my car was excellent in keeping in touch and giving me updates. I would never use any other company.
I am so pleased with Coastal Car Transport! This is the second time I have used their services to send a car from Los Angeles to Atlanta and both times we have been super happy. Henry is amazing and always quick to answer any questions or concerns. He even responded after hours on the weekend! Their fees are competitive but their services are the best. I highly recommend them.
Called several shipping companies trying to get an oversized vehicle from Washington to Honolulu. Found Coastal Auto Shipping to be the most reasonably priced. Also Aleks from Coastal Auto Shipping was extremely friendly, helpful and informative. He went above and beyond to accommodate me. Highly recommended Aleks and Coastal Auto Shipping. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Many Mahalos Aleks!
If I could give zero starts I would. I was told final price $500. $200 deposit $300 remain when car is dropped off that is price with a winch. get a phone call that they want more which I told Samantha Clark that no you text me $500 total amount with no hidden fees I have proof of all this she said will if you read contract it states in there prices can change and I told her I understand that but you never mentioned the $500 being a quote you told me final amount and if I would have known that the $500 was a “quote” I would have not signed the contract. even talked to supervisor he said the same thing and to reread the contract and told me to hang tight to see what he can do so we shall see.
