Orange Auto Transport saved the day, our fist auto transport’s truck broke down in Yuma, and after several days the original transport could not perform, I called Orange Auto Transport , I found them to be very pleasant to work with and delivered my car the very next day :).

I wish I would have called them sooner, the driver had to unload my car off the broke down trailer and load it on to his trailer at some random parking lot in Yuma.

The driver was a great communicator, he actually picks up the phone when you call him, very honest .

Orange Auto was a little more than than other quotes I got, but for service it was worth it.

I scheduled 2 weeks ago, heard nothing on date for pick up, I had to call them. They didn’t have a vehicle, there’s was down, they then offered another company for more money. I declined and asked them to find another driver for quote they gave me. Day 2, I had to call again in the afternoon, asked if they had it scheduled. Paul told me that because I didn’t want the option yesterday (more money than they quoted) they didn’t have a driver to pick up as scheduled. He continued to get more belligerent by the minute, to the point I laughed, and cancelled their services. Absolutely disgusting customer service and did not back up anything they promised.

Any good review for this company is FAKE. Complete SCAM artists. He quoted me $500 cash on delivery. The day of pick up, he calls to tell me it’ll be $1000 cash on delivery! Then he LIED and said he called my husband and he agreed to a different price, and I needed to sign my new contract ASAP. HE NEVER EVEN SPOKE TO MY HUSBAND! This man straight lied to me like i wouldnt verify with my husband first. He breached his side of the contract and still hasn’t refunded my $150. THIS MAN IS DECEITFUL. Use a different company.

I booked to have my daughter’s car transported to college from California to Massachusetts and everything went smoothly. I was really nervous when I booked with them being that there were a lot scam artists out there.

Great communication, kept there word, were early and reasonable price.

Driver and dispatch were unresponsive BEFORE they even picked up my car. Driver cancelled on me last minute (which was probably for the best because their communication is poor). Do not trust them with your car.
