Horrible. Do not use this company!! They told me it would be $550 to transport my vehicle. The day the vehicle was to be picked up, they said they only had one drive and was going to be $1000. They use 3rd party drivers who set their own prices. They take a $100 deposit. Read the fine print. When I cussed him out, he came down $200 bucks.

While this is not my first time (I used them in November 2020 from CA to VA and it was amazing) using Yellowfin logistics to handle my shipping needs. This will be my first time leaving a review for my use June 2023 and October 2023. Athena is who helped me coordinate the shipping of my vehicle from NY to CA and was extremely thorough, communicative, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Even when I had what I felt like were a lot of questions she was always extremely responsive, never making me feel ignorant, or like I was a bother. She also helped me coordinate the shipping of my husband’s vehicle from NY to CA shortly after. For both vehicles on separate occasions, she was able to help obtain carriers and negotiate an affordable rate for a literal cross country shipping for both vehicles being picked up earlier than expected and then dropped off earlier than expected. I will always use Yellowfin logistics for any vehicle shipping needs.

My daughter has had her belonings in storage with this company for some time. Her belongings were to be moved to SC. That move has been put on hold for now. She had given them almost $800 and was making her monthly payments on time every time. Now as she is trying to get her belongings out, they want an additional $450. So that $800 was for nothing even though she was paying $150 every month for the storage. At this time she is in Den with her dad who is in the hospital going through treatment for leukemia. This is a pretty pathetic way to treat a client but this company is supposedly veteran owned. My daughter is a disabled veteran. Very American??

Avoid this company at all cost!! I was contacted by a sales person and decided to go through them. After some further research I came across the reviews which are extremely bad, so I decided to try and call customer support… Well I have been on hold for an hour multiple times and when I finally got a hold of a customer service agent, she hangs up on me after I said “Hi, I would like to cancel my booking”. I’m so glad I Just only booked today and I haven’t signed the agreement or any contracts at all, I seen the reviews/experienced the worst customer service already on day one so I cant imagine if they failed to get me a carrier on the date of pickup. I would be scrambling last minute like some of these other reviewers. You will be ghosted!

if i could give this company 0 stars i would they absolutely suck, you will pay an arm and leg for shitty service nobody on the company seems to have a clue what they sre doing. the most stressful idiotic people to work with. do not book with this business!
