Be aware!! the initial price that is given is not the guaranteed price. You must sign a contract to hire them to look for a carrier, then the price may be adjusted depending on the carrier. If you change your mind or find a different company and you have to cancel, you will be charged $95. Do not sign that contract unless you are sure that you’re booking through them!

The worst moving experience, after having received a quote in the end it was 1600 dollars more. The 4 to 5 days it took to move lasted ten days, broken and missing items and no one who showed up to answer for the mistakes and thefts committed by their employees. The moves were picked up by one person in a yellow truck and delivered by another person in another truck. I do not recommend doing business with “OASIS MOVING AND STORAGE”

Had the most HORRIBLE experience with this company. They quoted me to transport a truck from Ohio to Florida and we agreed to go with them. Now mind you they will contact you at least once a week begging for business and then when you finally say yes they DO NOT communicate with you at all. Once I did get a response after asking when the driver would be here to pick up he said he actually quoted me wrong he thought I needed the truck transported from Florida to Ohio. I reminded him I asked him 3 times are you sure the price is correct because it seemed low and he answered yes. So after that when I could get a response he kept saying I’m working on getting a driver and then days later he said I can do it but it’s going to cost more money. The customer has been waiting in Florida at the port to pay for delivery of his truck because he has to go back to Haiti and now he is going back without a truck because of THIS COMPANY. The communication and service from KEVIN WEST was absolutely the WORST I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE if they want good service. WARNING!!!!

This was an awful experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I booked a car transport over a relatively short distance (165 miles), and was given a quote that seemed reasonable and was told that it *might* be an additional $50-$100 if things get complicated, but that was unlikely. After paying the deposit, I started getting told that ‘actually its going to be an additional $500 to get your car delivered…..’ And then they acted like they were doing my a favor by giving me a $50 credit towards that cost…. which still brought the price to over double my initial estimate. The price came down when I kept refusing to pay over double my estimate, however it was still significantly more than I had anticipated. I asked the company to confirm the driver would take venmo (they wanted me to pay in all cash), and they said absolutely, they take venmo. The man who dropped my car off did NOT take venmo, and to his credit he was a really nice guy and he ended up downloading it so I could use it. Overall, a terrible experience: you will pay almost double what they quote you, do not trust any of their lies on the phone.

Horrible experience !! They completely destroyed my 1970 Volkswagen Westfalia that had been maintained meticulously by my uncle for 45 years. I had inquired about the insurance policy and they assured me it was covered 100% from the time I hand them the keys until they handed them back to me. You can’t believe the condition my Bus was returned in. I will upload photos. It was in perfect condition when it left Texas and when it arrived in California two days later it looked as if it had been rolled on the freeway. Ruining so many different areas of the bus totaling $10,000 in damage and I never received one cent!!! The claim was denied by their insurance company. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! They said they are just the broker and they are not responsible. Everyone pointed fingers and no one claimed responsibility. The driver decided to turn the bus around facing backwards half way during the trip and said he didn’t know the top opened up. It has two rubber brackets that hold the top down which are not intended to be going down the freeway backwards at 80 MPH. I would have never signed it off to be hauled that way.
