Delivered my car on time. That’s it. Car front end was smashed, side skirt damaged. Driver took car for joy ride, both white seats and ENTIRE interior covered with grease. Get someone else —- EDIT: TO THE BUSINESS OWNER: If you think the car arriving on time, but smashed and all fucked up requiring multiple weeks of repairs and my time is of any value whatsoever you are living in another dimension.

I worked with Chuck who was very responsive and helpful in the beginning except the driver never showed up on scheduled pickup date. We scheduled 2 weeks in advance.

No one was rescheduled afterwards either, leaving me in a rush to get a plan B. Chuck also refused to pick up his phone afterwards.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Driver was running late on pick up but called and let me know so good communications. Shipped our Jeep from Phoenix to Sioux Falls SD. Our son received it and said everything went great on his end as well. Highly recommend Joanne and company!

If you truly want bait & switch pricing and horrible service? Don’t look any further Nationwide, aka, Scam Artists, took my mom’s credit card number and left her high and dry with no pickup for the last 3 weeks. Customer service? What customer service? She had been calling them left and right and they never pickup!!! Stay away from this lousy Broker company!!!!

Shipped my 1968 Hurst Olds, 1 of 64 post cars. Shipper driver showed up with a banged up filthy one ton dually and could barely speak English. I told him to be certain to use the D-rings and not the track rings, he did not know what a D-ring was, I had to show him! He had no idea of the proper way to secure the car, he started by putting a 20 foot long 2″ strap through my OEM wheels with trim rings. I crawled under the car and secured the strap around the axle housing and he did the same on the other side. In the front he grabbed the stabilizer bar and pulled on it. Again, I crawled under the car and secured the strap around the frame, he did the same on the other side. He tightened the ratchet straps in the back pulling very hard against the park gear, instead of balancing the stress only on the straps, I had him correct it. The car arrived as scheduled and with NO damage. Initially a very trying experience but the end result to good.
