Do not use this company. They’re frauds. They took a deposit… sent a truck to pick up my car… the driver refused to take it. They didn’t schedule another pick up. Game me the run around for a week. I told them for 4 days that I wanted to cancel the order. They are refusing to refund the deposit. This is to the point that I’ll be getting the police and lawsuits involved if it isn’t resolved quickly.
Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY… you’ll regret it
Ok, so I’ve never had to transport a car personally and I went throes helm recently when I moved my home belongings, so I was anxious and hoping everything would work out and that my research would provide positive results. I was moving a classic car and received a ton of quotes fro uBid, and other broker services and everyone warned me about everyone else…it was awesome. So, I pulled the trigger with Sam and…in the end I got the top of the lower prices, a covered transport from CA to Tulsa and it was picked up within 24 hours of booking and delivered two days later in perfect condition. So, to sum up. I’m in shock. And it’s the good kind. Thank you Sam!
I was shopping for vehicle moving company for my folks who are moving cross country. All was going well until I mentioned competitive prices from another company. This was when a torrent of cursing spilled from the agent’s mouth. Completely uncalled for and very unprofessional. If they cannot have a normal provider / prospective client relationship, can you imagine what they’ll do to your valuable property? Hard pass (Ronnie was the “representative”).
Don’t use this company. They’re terrible. Not up front about charges so they charged me 1000+ more on pickup. Said delivery would take 8 days, then when I called after day 8 they said oh no we get 21 business days.
My stuff showed up broken and damaged. And the insurance claim only paid for $131 of thousands of damages.
Disgusting company.
We paid a deposit to have our car shipped, and then they were unable to ship the car. It felt like they kept stinging us along, telling they found a carrier but then the window passed with no word from them and we had to scramble to find another service. And now I can’;t get them to return the original deposit – they don’t answer the phones and they are blocking my emails.
