Excellent service, Jon was very helpful full. I transported my car from Orlando to Las Vegas. Robert the truck driver assigned kept in contact with me along the way. I highly recommend this company to any one trying to relocate.

I was so incredibly nervous about transporting my car because of all of the stories I heard and amount of spam calls/emails/text messages I received from transport companies when trying to get quotes. I found BookEZ on Facebook and decided to give them a shot after reading actual people’s reviews.

First I booked my request online and paid with my card. Jeff was really helpful and the quote was way better than other companies I found. He did a lot to coordinate my car’s trip and he did not overwhelm me with annoying mansplaining or pushiness like other companies. I can’t stand mansplaining most of all.

He did everything to connect me with a transporter and that transporter did everything based on my convenience. I actually met the transporter in a Lowe’s parking lot because I live on a busy street and he drove a semi.

It was a really rainy morning and I was stressed about having to get out of my car in the rain and Uber home before going into work. The driver actually offered to go back to my home street and drop me off in my car. There the driver took photos of my car, signed some forms, and paid the driver in cash. The whole drive to my place was not awkward, he was polite, professional, and really nice. Of course this depends on the individual’s comfort level – I’m sure the transporter would have been okay with me Ubering home on my own but it was raining and I had a lot to do for my move plus go to work.

After that, the transporter took my car back to the semi and loaded my car as usual in the Lowe’s parking lot.

I definitely recommend BookEZ for those looking for an actual decent transport experience/company.

UPDATE just after posting this review: I just found out the car was delivered to my friends where I had it sent… I expected it to take 4 days and it actually took just 2. Awesome!

it happened a year ago …. here is the email I wrote to them.

I picked up the car yesterday. Thank you. However I would like to share my experience with the truck driver, Albert.

As you can see from our agreement, I requested the car to be delivered after the 26th of August. As I mentioned before, I arrived in California on the 26th.

As soon as my fight landed in CA, I turned on the phone and realized the truck driver Albert left me several text messages and voice mails. It turned out he wanted to deliver my car in an hour. Note, I expected the car to be delivered after the 26th. Then I called him as soon as I left the plane. I asked him if he could deliver the car in an hour then I would not rent a car. I would request uber and meet him at the destination. Then he said he would deliver the car the next day, August 27.

I went ahead to sign a contract to get a rental car. Then Albert called me. He said there was a change of plan, he needed to go deliver the car in 20 mins because he needed to go the San Francisco the next day. He asked me to to cancel the rental car contract and took uber to meet him. I said I would see what I could do and call him back. There was a long line at the rental car front desk. I decided to go pick up the car and drive to meet him. As you can see I tried very hard to make his life easier. Then I called him to update the situation. He picked up the phone and said he would deliver tomorrow and then hung up on me. I called him again and the first thing he said I was playing game with him. I got really upset because I tried to fit into his schedule. We had a heated argument and he said he would deliver on the 27th.

I met him the morning of the 27th. When I first saw him, the first thing he said ” You are a liar”. I asked what did I do? He said I didn’t tell him there was a suitcase in the trunk. I explained to him this was my first time shipping my car and nobody told me I couldn’t put a suitcase in the car. When he came to pick up my car in Texas, he didn’t ask me. He didn’t even open the trunk for inspection. I said I didn’t know and I apologized. He continued to call me a liar again and again. At this point, my son got upset and got involved in the conversion. I asked my son to back off and my son stopped talking. However, Albert started bad mouthing son until I yelled “enough is enough”. I found Albert’s behavior completely unacceptable.

Note, I complained and they gave me $100 credits.

Worst every experience booking with this company. If you do not want to be cheated and want to have peace of mind then do not go thru this company.

First you will be quoted the lowest possible price which will make you feel that you got the best deal on market.

Then suddenly on the days around the pickup you will be told that the price is now increased and the driver is willing to pick up the car only when the new high price is payed.

The ordeal does not end there, you will be promised that the car will be picked up by specific date and delivered by specific date but when you ask they will say as per contract it is all estimated. You will only get driver’s information after you sign the new contract.

I wish I could give less then 1 star here. It has been a terrible experience so far. Due to my time crunch I wish my car is picked up on time and is delivered on time.

I would request yelp to remove this company from the listing so that other people does not get duped by their shady business

If I can leave a 0 star, I would. Spoke with Micheal and quoted me a price and when the car was delivered , the driver told me I owed more than what was told. Michael was so nice and helpful during the process of scheduling and setting up the price, but after I called and asked about the situation.. he was no where to be found. Makes excuses to not able to pick up my phone calls. This guy is a joke! Do not use this company’s service!
