Driver had truck issues further delaying my promised delivery until the following day (last car on truck). Understand things happen. What altered my forgiveness and understanding was the attitude presented by the company. Rather than offering any apologies, they were adamant about payment. No updates pushed to me, I had to call constantly because I have important things to do with my time other than wait two days on a car with no ETA. Next I’m in contact with the driver, who discusses payment on the phone with no apologies or explanations. I finally see the truck and my car pass the hotel, and I provide him a recommendation on where he can park that has space to help out. His comment was no, which I understand as he’s the expert. Thirty minutes later he drives my car up. He mentions payment almost immediately. I noticed the driver seat dropped almost flat towards the back seat like some folks driving when they are “cruising”. Also 15 additional miles added on the odometer. I asked if the car was taken off yesterday (driven) when the truck was broken down overnight. Driver said no. After washing the vehicle I noticed a dent that was also not documented by the dealership or the transport company at time of inspection during the pickup. Can I prove anything? No. Is the company responding to my calls? No.

This company is a fraud! They deserve a zero star! Do not waste your money on them! They are quick to take your money but do not provide the service you paid for. They are incredibly hard to communicate with after you book your car reservation. Fail to compensate for any inconvenience or issues. They don’t care about the customer at all. I paid for the service where they drop off my vehicle directly at my residence. First, my car was not delivered with the time frame they gave me. Unreliable. The process is I delivered my car to one of their partners/third party vendor (liability to damages on a vehicle at a partner location is separate from carsarrive, very sneaky). Second their third party vendor who delivers the vehicle called to tell me my residence was inaccessible and I had to meet him somewhere. There was no documentation on the agreement stating I had to meet their partners to retrieve my vehicle under any circumstances. False advertisement. Third he drove my vehicle to my residence after I was on the phone with carsarrive for 2 hours without any solutions. I couldn’t drive to location because I didn’t have access to a functioning vehicle. Carsarrive kept giving me the runaround and did not try to satisfy my needs and the service I paid for in any way. Third party vendor/carsarrive partner finally drove my car to destination but i had to drive him back. He as well did not get any feedback on what he should do because carsarrive did not call him back ( he satisfied the customer need not carsarrive by driving my car which was not in agreement as well). I called and asked for a refund at operations department and Tracy some sort of supervisor or wtvr she is, was speaking to me condescending and refused any type of compensation. Tracy even said they transport thousands of vehicles and can’t keep up with everyone. She said their partner should never had drove my car to me. Tracy was the worst representative any company could ever employ. This company is fraud! Do yourself a favor and drive your own car to your destination if you can. They do not care about their customers. The most horrible customer service I ever had! I hope they go out of business by their competitors because they are not a honest business and they definitely are just a money hungry corporation with employees that need to be directed to business etiquette courses.

While I would never discredit the reviews previous to mine, I must say that I had an absolute perfect experience. For those who are unfamiliar with how this whole business works, I’ll give a quick run down.

1. Customer reaches out to roadrunner looking for car shipment.

2. Roadrunner finds a trucking company

3. The separate company is in charge of pickup, delivery, and everything in between.

Most issues I read about, with the phone exception of customer service, are issues with this second company, not necessarily roadrunner. Roadrunner does no transporting. They hire others.

Thankfully… the company they hired was on the ball completely. Car was not only picked up on time, but delivered on time as well.

Was nervous as ever, after reading reviews on here!! But I come here to say that there are success stories… and Bobby B. is one of them.

Useless. Absolutely useless. If you want to get scammed and never receive your asset, this is the company for you. I’ve received no information, no help, and they couldn’t give me an update. Steer clear!

Auto Transport Team has an amazing staff that answered all my questions quickly and confidently. James and Dillon got my car scheduled right away for a very good price. Lots of good communication back and forth with updates. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys!
