I scheduled to get my car picked up & paid a 200$ deposit the lady alexia has hung up on me multiple times and won’t return my calls . I have to call from random numbers to get an answer then she hangs up after I give her my quote I.d# when I talk to her she is completely rude I asked to talk to a manager she told me no I was told by her my deposit would be refunded after the week of no driver found to take my car . THIS PLACE IS A SCAM HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND

Aweful company! They upsold me of having a covered delivery of my brand new $125,000 corvette Becuase it would be the safest way to deliver it! When it came below please see the pictures of them litterally destroying it with soot throughout the car. I explained to them about how bad they dirtied my car and all’s they care about it, is there last payment and told me to stop complaining it, it’s a $100-$200 detail job! And started talking down to me and told me more or less I had no idea what I was taking about! We’ll see the photos below for the evidence of how badly they damaged my car. And it cost me well over $1,000 to have it cleaned and it still has damage to it that cannot be cleaned! I asked for the insurance info and they told me they are going to put a claim in against me and sue me for not paying them and they won’t give me there insurance and hung up! And it sucks because they go referred to me by the dealer I bought the car from! Don’t use them!

Contacted Randy since he was recommended to me by another local Transportation Company. Took more then 2 weeks to get the contact information of the car shipping company he contracted with. Assured me my car would be in good hands. My car was picked up on a Tuesday in July. The shipper who picked up my car assured me my car would be delivered at the destination(one State over) on Friday the same week. I then heard nothing back. After repeated texting, was told car would be delivered Saturday, same week. Then received picture of a damaged truck tire and was told this was the reason for the delay. No estimated time of delivery given. On Sunday, received picture of traffic, told another delay. It is now Monday the following week and I have not received my car. I am checking into formal action to explore what recourse I will have. Needless to say, my calls have since then not been answered.

I used Mr Car Shipper to ship my car from Massachusetts to California. My experience was NOT pleasant mainly because the delay of car pick up date by 4 days which is the day I need to depart from the State. The biggest headache was Mr Car Shipper communicated the actual pick up date 2 days before my departure. I called everyday and they kept telling me “we don’t know yet”. It was a nightmare trying to figuring out the logistics. For the premium price Mr. Car Shipper charge, this is not the quality of service I can appreciate.
