Gave 2 stars because our van did arrive the destination.

Poor communication, they never proactively communicated with me, I have to call/text when pick up day was approaching only to find out pick up will be late. Late pick up and late delivery, arrived 5 days after estimated date, due to “truck broke down” — only found out when I reached out the day before original delivery date. I had to text them every day to ask for updates, and my Ipass was charged, no response when asked them about it. They also did not give a heads up about removing the ipass.

This company is a joke. It’s not that they took forever to pick up my vehicle and it’s not even that they missed their deadline to get it to me, even though it was an extended deadline.

It’s the fact they never once called to let me know what was going on. It took five phone calls with another logistics company to hear the excuse of the mechanical failure that delayed them a day, but then they told the other logistics company they extended it six more days to get it to me. They didn’t say why and they still have never called.

I am wasting my money with these clowns. I won’t do it again. Don’t just walk past this company, run away!

After placing my online order, I was contacted by two selling agents regarding my transport. Both assured me separately that my quoted pickup window would be met.

As that deadline approached, I still received no updates and when I called was told that it would take another MONTH before they could pick up my vehicle because there was a shortage of drivers due to them being hospitalized. I asked if there was anything i could do as i was paying for storage and didn’t want to pay another month. I was transferred to a supervisor who never returned my call. Not only do they have a logistics and customer service issue but apparently a safety issue as well.

DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I caution the reader who is thinking of using this company. They did not help me when my vehicle was damaged by the carrier.
