I was very unhappy with this auto shipping company. They picked up my car June 20 and said it would be delivered 10-14 days later. It was not delivered until July 13th. I can understand there can be delays, etc but the worst part was that no one called me with updates about my car or to let me know that it was delayed. When I called to ask, I was told to leave my number and “someone would call me back”. Unfortunately, no one called me back and I continued to call daily for 9 days. When my car was eventually delivered, it was on super late at night with no warning beforehand.
Would not use this company again, mainly due to the poor customer service.
Don’t book with this company. They will scam you! They assured me they would pick up my vehicle within the 5 day window, which they didn’t. I gave them an extra 2 weeks and still nothing. I cancelled my booking and even after receiving email confirmation for a full refund for failure to provide the service, they still have not provided a refund and no one has replied to my emails and phone calls. I would never recommend this company!
Moved from Charlotte to CA and they were amazing! They were quick fo find me a driver, explained the costs and my car arrived in a week. No damages to my car or anything. You’re also able to put some items in the car too (which helps save some money shipping packages).
They were professional and had 6 people call me. No one answered their phones ever. I think it is a clearing house number. Overall ok. I paid 2000 usd to get my car shipped to Maui
Beware! If I could give negative stars, I would. I dealt with this business and its owner Kristina on two occasions and she dropped the ball on both. On the first occasion I was having a vehicle transported from Ohio to Georgia. The first driver never showed up and the second driver was supposedly pulled over and held by state patrol. Finally after three attempts, the vehicle was picked up. I like to give people second chances so I booked another transport with Kristina 1-2 months later. We discuss the details well in advance so there would be no issues. This route was from South Carolina to Ohio. Kristina promised that she would send me notification/documentation of the dispatched driver prior to the scheduled date. I even expressed that I would only be in SC for a limited time so this would need to go off smoothly. This was everything but smooth. First, I did not receive any documentation of the dispatched driver. When I called, Kristina she refused to answer. Needless to say the driver did not show at the scheduled time and when I finally reached Kristina she said that the driver canceled at the last minute. When I asked her why she didn’t contact me, she began to make excuses. I ended up going with another company altogether. When I told Kristina this she became very argumentative and disrespectful both via phone and text. She started making negative comments about the other company and basically said I was foolish for going with them. I even gave her an opportunity to make the situation right by paying the difference and she refused. She offered to give only $100 and that is if I didn’t give her a negative review then she continued to be rude and argumentative. To this day, I have yet to receive an apology from her. Who runs a business like this? You don’t follow through and when you get caught, you argue with the customer? Good luck with that. Potential Customers- if you are looking to transport a vehicle, do not be fooled by what looks like better pricing. Pay more for peace of mind, on time service and good customer service. DO NOT USE TK AUTO HAULING!!!
