The 6 other companies I called before them either barely spoke English, under quoted me then came in with higher prices, or never returned calls.

National Auto Shipping answered/returned all calls, they shipped the car for the exact amount they quoted me, the car came in perfect shape, and they got the car shipped in 2 days from Michigan to Fort Lauderdale. I have zero complaints and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I think most of these negative reviews are whiners that expect perfection, which you’ll never find anywhere.

An incompetent service that needs to be babysat and still can’t do their job.

I hired them about a month ago to schedule a car shipment, letting them know I have a three day pickup window. It is day three of that window and nothing is even scheduled. Hire a more established shipper like amerifreight to avoid this headache of a company

Take my payment. Don’t bother calling. Don’t bother communicating. Don’t bother doing anything that resembles customer service. I call in. They act all angry and annoyed that I’m even calling. Tell me that on the invoice it states 1-5 weeks, and that I’m supposed to sit here and guess when they’ll arrive. Request refund. Terrible company. Terrible people. Complete lack of customer service.

DO NOT USE this company. Scammed us out of our money! We have been fighting to get our money back since April! They were supposed to pick our truck up when the transport company got there they said they couldn’t do it, said someone else would be there to pick it up the next day kept getting the run around a whole week and a couple days went by and truck still wasnt picked up. Friday it had to be out of the parking lot or it would get towed to a tow yard. Friday comes they still didnt have it picked up called about our refu since they still couldn’t get it picked up and we have been getting the run around since then. They say someone will call no one call when you call they say that they cant get a hold of the accounting department I have been calling a couple times a week. Well yesterday called again for a follow up still “can’t get a hold of anyone”. I called today and the company has blocked my phone from calling as well as husbands. & I know it’s blocked cause I called of my work phone as soon as they heard who it was they hung up and that phone is blocked to. We have already started a dispute with the bank. So now I will be calling the better business bureau on tuesday morning and reporting again and will go talk with the courts to find out what actions need to be taken next. I will not give up. This company is not gonna scam us and take our hard earned money. I will leave additional post periodically updating what our outcome is.

Terrible experience. Shipped two cars. A sedan and SUV. SUV was fine. My sedan was beaten up. The gas door broke and doesn’t stay in place. My bumper was smashed into my headlight. And my oil pan was smashed in the undercarriage and now scraping when I drive. When I showed them the damage they tried to say it was “already there”. I take care of my cars meticulously. Beware.

Update: repairs are well over a thousand dollars but reindeer won’t reimburse the damage to all but my gas tank. I will be out quite a bit of money. Beware – the guy who delivered the car tried to have my wife sign the contract stipulating the gas door was already there (was not). Will be filing a complaint with BBB
