I would give them zero starts if I could. I purchased a car through vroom and they have missed 3 delivery dates. I have been working with Brandon Fender ([email protected]) Tammy Wronikowski ([email protected]) who have come up with a different excuse each time we talk. First it was the phone systems went down, then it was the driver had the vehicle but didn’t know where he was, then it was he had dropped the ball on the timing. This is a been going on for weeks! We only the vehicle is only coming from a state away. I only provided these emails as it is near impossible to find a direct line of contact with anyone at this office and avoid giving a direct number.

I contacted them after they shipped my friend’s car without issue. I “booked” with them May 28 for shipping June 12/13. I hadn’t heard anything from them by June 5/6. I then contacted them and was reassured they are working on it. I changed delivery to June 26/27. Today is June 25 and I still have not heard anything about a carrier for my car. I am now scrambling to find a new company to work with and will most certainly get my car shipped later than expected. I do not recommend working with them at all.

Im sure if everything goes well they are just fine as a broker.

I used them to ship a car. We got an incompetent shipper. My auto was supposed to be here a week ago.

This is why they are bad. I call EVERY day asking them to help me figure out why my car is late. Boilerplate response ” we will call the transport company and call you back.” Nothing.

They are regulated by the DOT – I have files a complaint.

If you are shipping a car – stay away!

For those that are “unsure why they’re getting negative reviews”, look at the picture. These guys, plus several other places somehow got my number and will NOT stop calling, no matter how much I plead. I really don’t want to have to change my number230;

Sorry they never answer their phone or text messages or emails. I was trying to ship my car out of Flordia they never called me back. They were cheaper but what the use when you can’t get service. I had friend that had the same problem with them .
