Lead time stated was 5 days from first available date and waited over three weeks from the time it was booked to it actually being assigned. Was originally quoted an additional $2-300 over the phone and was charged $500 more just to get my car shipped. At this point now that it has been over three weeks, I just want my vehicle. This company has a lot of communication issues. No matter if you call or email, you will just get the standard we working on it and we will give you an update ASAP. If you need your car shipped and price transparency, just stay away from Tempus Logix as pick up time frame and price quote is not a matter of priority but just a mere suggestion since they have all the time in the world to work on it. If you need your car shipped, maybe consider a larger company like Road Runner if you need it pick up within a reasonable timeframe and actual price transparency.

Update: Was contacted by a customer service representative and by the tone of their voice it seemed they were more angry than I was. As someone who is calling people to try to resolve an issue, I think a calmer tone of voice and empathy should be used. I was never communicated that more time was needed to locate a driver or another driver at that. I was the proactive one reaching out each time to get a sense of scheduling so being communicated that more time was needed is false. In my email I did state I was going to cancel if you cannot fulfill my order and communicated over the phone if you cannot get it done after weeks of waiting I will cancel. It was not until then I was actually assigned a carrier. Overall the customer service representative offered $150 on my next shipment to take this down but who would use their service again. They then counter offered with refunding me $100 to take this review down which would be disingenuous. I didn’t even bring up the fact that over the phone I was quoted $492 additional for transport cost and was sent an invoice for $500. Good job on cheating me out of my money and that additional $8.

I’ve used this company twice. Richard is amazing! He even remembered me from transporting my car 3.5 year prior. He made sure I received my car at my new location on time…it even came earlier than expected. I will for sure continue to use him and recommend him to anyone that I know needing auto transportation services.

I have given them many tries to get it right. They don’t show, but when I call, they say I was a no show. The driver never called nor texted me to let me know they are outside. But, if they came, I would of seen them, because I sit in my doorway waiting each time, 15 minutes prior to my pick-up time. So they not truthful either.

DO NOT USE THEM! 100% Record. That’s a joke! My car arrived damaged at the rear. The transporter told me the damage was already there at the garage when he collected it. The garage told me it wasn’t. Angels “Frankly” just left me with $3500 of damage to my car. I wish I had read Davros S and Pepper J reviews before booking them. Dina is a total Bitch quite “Frankly”. Told me my timestamped photos were fake and that I’d reversed the car into something myself.

They lie and forge your name on the contract they are the worst company I have ever dealt with, I canceled and didn’t sign the contract because of the extra 150 for a non running car, the next day I got a call from them saying the driver was there to pick up the car and I would be charged $100 dollars ,well I called and no one was there and it was a blizzard out side nothing was Moving , so the big lie someone signed my name on the contract and charged my CC $100,

But the jokes on them I have shipped 15 cars since for my work I have turned down drivers and will never spend one dime with them

So choke on the 100 dollars you stoled it cost you a lot more in business I tell everybody about it and believe me it cost you a lot
