Have you Ever been called a Ratchet Bitch – when asked why a contract wasn’t being upheld?!

Not sure why I was expected to walk a 1/2 a mile to pick up my car. Daniel Vasquez, owner of this company told me he was not my personal Limo driver and to figure it out…Daniel Is it normal to pay $1350 and figure out how to walk a 1/2 when solo?

Worst service!!! This place is a scam… after 2 weeks of finalizing details for pickup and transport of vehicle they NEVER showed up on original date then finally someone shows up two days later but WITHOUT a tow truck to tow vehicle through multiple states to mechanic shop after they sent agreement and took $200 deposit. I experienced the WORST customer service ever. You will make a BIG mistake if you use this company.

This was the worse service I’ve ever experienced in my life. If you are looking to transport a vehicle DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I placed an order and could not receive a confirmation for my pick up date till the night before after pestering Art, the employee who took my order. He would tell me he would get back to me with updates and never once called me. I had to call every time. When calling the manager Helen, who I wanted to complain to, who is also EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional told me “maybe if you pay more we can find you a driver” when my order was already over a grand. I received my car today and the driver left it completed damaged with his oil/tar hands all over my roof and said “he didn’t do it” when he never marked that it was there to begin with on the inventory paper BECAUSE IT WASN’T. I’ve been calling the company all day and everyone has been so rude saying they don’t know how they can help me because they don’t know who to believe when I provided before and after pictures of my vehicle. This is the worse customer service I’ve ever paid for!!!!!!! Now I’m stuck paying for damage to my car when I didn’t have any to begin with. I also left my vehicle to be picked up with my sun visors on so I know he had to have removed them to drive my car.

Unacceptable service!!!!! No reimbursement or compensation was given!!!!

Below are pictures of the stains that Driver LUIS LOPEZ left. I also sent them to the company and they said they didn’t know what to do. DONT TRUST THEM AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Absolutely terrible. Had to get my car on side of 6 lane highway, not my home.

Testimonial: Initial contract easy, pick up easy. Delivery was a nightmare. Absolutely disgusting. Contract stipulated delivery to my home. Confirmed check was acceptable on delivery. Called that am, told to come get my car. They were on side of Route 2, Annapolis MD, busy 6 lane highway, he told me to walk or ride my bike (???). I was shocked. I have photos to back this all up. Tried to charge me more money. Called Ship A Car when they opened (Saturday)–Brian was useless, and didn’t care. I had to wait until 11:00 am for this company to open to tell them what was occurring…Driver is fuming and rude because I won’t get car on highway. I told them to bring car to me if it is that easy for me to walk to them. Then company sends me text, no check (they are revoking that payment). Lol..it is Saturday. Banks closed by noon. This went on forever…Driver (Sergio) brings me car to my driveway (as it should have been done in the first place, as I paid for). Payment issue worked out after hours of BS. Sends my receipt to my email. All paid…Sergio will not hand the keys to me…standing in driveway raging. I had to call police to intervene and get my keys…told him multiple times to get off my property..he started filming me…Seriously, you can’t make this story up. STAY AWAY FROM ALL OF THEM….terrible. Danny (says he is owner) called to offer me 100.00 credit…really…at this point I’ve spent 5 hours on a Saturday fighting for my car, that is paid for. I told him keep his 100.00 as that won’t prevent me from reviewing his company, which I know he was trying to avoid. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM…DO NOT USE. SERGIO honestly should be in jail for his odd behavior. SHIP A CAR DIDN’T CARE AT ALL. Once they secure your money, they do not CARE WHAT HAPPENS IN TRANSITION. TERRIBLE. I have photos to back up all of my claims..event sent them to SHIP A CAR.

After searching for an auto transport service for weeks this was the best one I came across. I was given the run around with multiple other companies in Phoenix to have my car transported to Los Angeles.

This company scheduled me right away and picked up my car the very next day. I was contacted professionally with updates for my scheduled pick up and the driver was right on time. He also contacted me directly to let me know his status before picking up my vehicle. Friendly, reliable, and for the best price. I definitely recommend getting your vehicle transported by this company.
