It got here safe and sound just like he said. Thank you Johnathan
In a nutshell, this review is a result of poor communication as a result of customer service being outsourced to a foreign country, someone making promises the driver had no way to live up to.
I hired this company to transport my car from Cheyenne. WY to Marysville, WA. I was initially told that my car would be picked up on Monday and arrive at my home on Friday. Which I was perfectly ok with. I received an e-mail on Wednesday that the car would actually be arriving Thursday at noon, which I was thrilled to hear. Thursday at around 11 a.m. I emailed the company to check if the driver was still on track to deliver by noon. I was then told it would be late afternoon. So, was mildly annoyed with the delay and that I had to contact them to find this out. Around 4 p.m. I get a call from the delivery driver saying that he would not be in town until “late tonight” and that it would be delivered “in the morning.” At about 10 a.m. Friday morning, I checked in with the driver and asked about his eta. He told me it would be “no later than 3 p.m.” Shockingly…he finally arrived, at about 4:45 p.m.
I used Bill’s transport in 2020 To bring my to Maine from Florida and then again in the fall. This year was something totally different. I scheduled a pick up four weeks in advance. On the scheduled day, driver never called. We called Angie, at dispatch who said the driver was held up for a few hours but was on his way As we were the last pick up in Florida. Driver never showed or called. We called Bill’s the following day. Angie told us that the driver had a flat tire and would contact us. The driver never contacted us. We called/texted Angie (she gave us her personal cell) and she (nor anyone else) botherEd to respond. Day 3, still no response or call. Then, this evening, I received a random text from an unknown transport carrier that they are going to pick up our car sometime over the weekend. Say what? I have no idea who these people are and not happening. We wasted three days hanging around, waiting to to have our car picked up and although we are patient and understanding of mishaps, this reeks of BS and lies. All someone needed to do was to pick up the phone and communicate with us. I think that is a reasonable request. Bill’s lost a good customer.
Highly disappointed with this company’s service.
I would never use them to ship a car again. I shipped my car from NYC to CA and it’s now 5 days past the expected delivery date! No one at Ship a Car Direct can get in touch with the driver or the transport company to confirm when my car will actually arrive. They’ve given me the runaround for days. Save your peace of mind and don’t waste your money on this terrible service!
What a horrible place to work! I went there as a new hire fresh from trucking school. They promised me competitive wages, a new vehicle and room and board during my further training.
They issued me a vehicle that had just

My First trip was going to be traveling through an area in which there were five active tornadoes at the moment. They responded by telling me I had until morning to leave the hotel or they would call the police. Several other people I was Bunk’d up with had their own horror stories about the company as well they also tried to weasel me out of $4000 For a contract I was never supposed to sign and was actually ripped up and destroyed in front of me at their HR office somehow found its way with a digital copy and the records department at a later time. I would definitely search somewhere else before making this your occupation. Melissa the admissions lady had a horrible attitude from the beginning and even to this day. The overall experience was disorganized at best.
