The worst experience in my life. I cannot say enough to warn potential customers away from this company. As another reviewer has said, they are complete scam artists. Unless you have a great lawyer steer clear of this unethical, bait and switch sorry excuse of a company. Dealing with American Premium Logistics is a nightmare. They rope you in with a reasonable price and at the last minute change the price and refuse to honor the price that was originally quoted. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I don’t know how they are still in business. I should have done my research. This was my first time using an auto transport service. I had several different companies trying to compete for the job. American told me they had a driver ready and in the area, not even close. I called to cancel and immediately was treated with disrespect and hung up on. Do not use this service! I was told I was the rude one and hung up on. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are liars and need to be shut down. They lie on the price and then increase the fees from what they quoted, lie about a guaranteed date, and then try to get you to pay CASH for the amount of the total price (after they charge you $150).

I used Victor at Unlimited Distance and he was 100% honest and helpful and trustworthy from day 1, and it was a loooong process. I don’t know about any of the other sales people, but Victor, the young Asian guy from Unlimited was 5Star….

Update. Do not use this company round 2. after paying the transportation company the broker fee, because I reported my initial charge as fraudulent to VISA, they used my stored card information to charge my card three weeks after delivery AGAIN. I emailed for a refund, I’m not expecting a response and will report that charge as fraudulent and to the BBB. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ended up going with another transport service after shopping around. So I responded to what I thought was an automated message. Only to realize my mistake. Thanks lighthouse for showing me you believe in people with personality and although brief, I had a good chuckle.

I needed my vehicle transported asap from coast to coast and this was right in the middle of a gas shortage (May ’21) and it was over the weekend. Tons of other carriers reached out and even asked me to reach out to them if I have any questions, setup a booking, etc. To my surprise not a single one replied until Tony at M&M as he called me personally asking what I needed and will do his best within a few hours he arranged a pickup for the next day. The driver was also punctual, easygoing, and responsive throughout the trip. Thanks so much! I will definitely recommend and use M&M again.
