My car is supposed to be shipped today or tomorrow. The time slot is still not confirmed and I cannot reach the person at all. No email reply, phone doesn’t pick up.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY. They were fast for reply during the agreement but disappeared during pick up day. I was talking to two people when setting this up Nicole and Harry but none of them answered on the actual move day. Now we have to find a different company last minute. Let me remind you this is after the contract.

Paul/Shipping Masters was absolutely fantastic to work with as a shipping broker for my bike. They were incredibly prompt, responsive, and professional from my initial contact through delivery of the bike from the delivery service I had selected. On top, Paul/Shipping Masters’ rates were actually significantly better than I would have been able to obtain on my own. They make the setup and transition process smooth and advocate for the customer when needed. I ran into some challenges with the delivery service I selected (not Shipping Masters), and Paul/Shipping Masters stepped right in to help when asked. Couldn’t ask for better professionalism from them. Would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

rip off artist. they did not even send a receipt. just took my money and disappeared. do not use this company.

Not sure how real all these reviews are as my experience with TMShipping was so awful compared to what I expected based on these reviews. It was so awful that I made a Yelp account to share my experience.

I first made contact with TMShipping on April 27 to schedule a car delivery. My only request was that it arrive either May 31 or June 1. They assured me this was possible and I was very flexible with my shipping date. Originally around May 18 was floated, and I said that was fine. Then after not receiving confirmation of the pickup 10 days later, I was told to it would be scheduled on May 23rd, 24th, or 25th. After re-stating that I would need the car no later than June 1, I agreed that the 25th would be fine. Today, May 24th, I again had no confirmation that the car would be picked up. I called and was informed that the car was not on any carrier’s schedule yet. And that it would take another 3 or so days for the car to pickup. This will now put the delivery much later than the requested June 1st date. Now I have to spend ~$700 on a rental until my car finally arrives.

Thanks for nothing. Please avoid at all costs and take these other reviews with a grain of salt. Would not do business with TMShipping again.
