I would recommend reading all reviews before working with them. All is great when your car turns out ok. But if there are any issues they seem to always blame the owner. This is from experience as well as observing reviews. Looks like they pay Yelp for a pro account so they can hide things easier. Work with a driver directly instead. It helps the driver and you get quality service without working with people who will make every excuse in the book not to take and cover your claim. Check Google reviews too. Hopefully things work better for you if you work with this company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

we shipped a car across country And they delayed the shipping by weeks. once the car arrived It Had PUDDLES on the inside, the seats were drenched, water was pouring out the speakers, dash was wet And had pollen all over, the front hood and roof were soaked in some type of oil And the paint is now damaged. long story short the car needs lots of work now. top knotch has been telling us “i’ll call back” and now its 2.5 months in. the actual carrier apparently changed insurance but never updated and topknotch hasnt helped. as far as the actual carrier he was an absolute mess they were getting loud and trying to physically fight my mother and i. the police was called and Reports were made. On top of all this the price had gone up once they delivered the vehicle.

I usually don’t write reviews, but wanted to spare future clients the difficulty of using Guardian Transport. The sales cycle was great, very attentive. Then, once you pay, the service was downhill. If you have 3+ hours after the time your car was scheduled to be picked up, or if you’re good leaving the car unlocked and unattended for the pickup, you’ll be okay. If you’re scheduled for an out -of-state house closing, and needed to leave by a certain time, prepare for a back up plan. My car was due to be picked up 8:30-9:30, and someone arrived around 12:30, and the entire morning I was told ” the driver is 15 minutes away”. I will never use them again. I had 15 minutes to walk thru a house in order to get to the closing in time, all because of Guardian Transport.

We shipped cars back and forth across the pacific, and HCT has been awesome each time. The process was easy, and customer service answered any questions we had. Drop off and pick up at port is easy. The Sand Island branch has a nice seating area with a tent so you can sit in the shade outside during covid times, and Uber drivers are able to easily access the facility to pick you up after you drop off your car.

Roadway Shipping was extremely helpful and professional all the way through the first phone call to the delivery of my vehicle. I had car shipped from Michigan to Texas and the communication between Roadway Shipping and the car dealership was extremely helpful as was the communication from Roadway Shipping to me. I hope Roadway Shipping develops an ongoing relationship with the car dealership as they were equally impressed as well. Thank you Paula and Cristian for safely delivering my car with friendly customer service. I would use this company again if I had to.
