I called to get my cars schedule won 1/24/24 told a man name Peter Young about shipping my cars.

He quoted me $1650 to ship my cars on March 4th I asked him would the price change. He told me repeatedly your price will not change sir.

I called several times before March 4th to get and update that my cars will be picked up on March 4th. He said it’s confirmed and on the schedule for pick up.

Now the day March 4th comes and he texting me he don’t have a driver or anything. Basically waiting all day to hear someone is coming. Claim he is trying to get someone to pick it up and been scrambling all day to finally hear my cars to get picked up from him or a confirmed driver.

Then he told me my price range up to $1800

I ask him Peter you told me several times my price will not change. He claim he told me It’s was an estimate. I said that don’t make sense Peter if It’s an estimate why would I call and ask if my price is going to change several times. I then when to ask him a question saying It’s like you going to a restaurant and you order food then after 3 hours I come out and tell you ohh the chef is not here.

If you get a guy name Peter Young and you use this service I repeat do not use him. He doesn’t not follow thru with his word and is a complete lier.

He then schedule me for some drive that never even show up on March 5th and claim he is on the way I sit up all night trying to wait for this driver.

Do not I repeat do not use Peter Young at all he is just horrible and changes his story a lot and a big lier. I am not happy about his services and It’s completely unacceptable especially when you called months ahead and try to schedule a car move

Do not use these folks. They don’t actually provide auto transport. They just take your info and money then post the info on various sites to find actual drivers to do the job then take a cut off the top. You can just go direct to actual drivers instead of paying these folks to look for drivers for you. Repeat. They are NOT an auto transport service. They do no transportation of any kind. They are just a middle man providing no value.

Additionally, when they did find a driver for me. The driver showed up and said I had to pay him $4k directly or else he wouldn’t take the vehicle. I called these guys back they said they would find a new driver which they couldn’t do. They said they would provide a refund for my deposit. When I didn’t get a refund I called back and they said they wouldn’t refund my deposit because they already had a driver come out.

Never give this place your information. I was immediately spammed by 5 callers and 4 texting numbers within 10 minutes of requesting a quote. Some called repeatedly, calling again once the previous call dropped, when I did not pick up.

Do not under any circumstances sign a contract with this company!!! They give you a supposed date and time of pickup and then they make you wait all day and never show up. Then when they fail to provide the service and you try to cancel, they refuse to cancel without making you pay a cancellation fee that is never disclosed to begin with. They are a pure representation of inadequate, self serving and deceptive business practice and should never be trusted. The worst form of customer service I have ever seen in my entire life!!
