Very disappointed that they did not stand by their quote. We booked 3 weeks before the move and were given a quote. Now, a week before, we reached out to them because we had not heard anything back. We were told that they could not find anyone to transport the car “for that price” and maybe if we paid more they could find someone. The quote came from them, not us! Classic bait and switch. I am not sure how they managed to get all these five star reviews but this has been a very frustrating experience. We do not know if the car will be shipped or not and now have to scamble to find another shipper.

UPDATE AFTER OWNER CLAIMED I WAS NOT IN THEIR SYSTEM:

Odd that he said I was not in the system because somehow his company managed to bill MY credit card when we told him we were not going to ship the car because it was too expensive after their bait and switch.

Further, I have texts of messages from his employee to me where she insisted that their original call was just an “estimate.”

Why are they billing me for an “estimate?”

Bait and switch. I requested a quote on the website and asked for expedited service for more than two months from when I made the request. Eric Sailor called me and told me the rate would be significantly higher. When I asked why the website said something different he started becoming very irate and stating that I should have known the rate would be higher given the pandemic. I explained that the pandemic had been going on for a year and that the website should be updated. He then began criticizing me for booking through the website. He is also not a carrier as the website states, he is a broker- another falsehood. Worst experience I have had while planning for this move.

would give this company 1 star, however, my vehicle came in one piece and nothing was damaged or taken. Where do I start, shipping a vehicle was new for me. Everyone talked about how easy the process is. HOWEVER, this was not my case.

I am a travel nurse and after working in California I needed to get my car back home. I had several quotes from people but for some reason it was taking forever for me to get anyone to ship it for weeks, which led me to contacting this company.

When I first contacted The company I spoke to Marc and he told Me it would be 2250 to get my chevy suburban from California to Pittsburgh PA which was over 1000 dollars more than any quote I had ever gotten. but on the website it says 1500. However, he told me when I talked to him because brokers quote you and then try to move the vehicle for that price which made sense, since I was having such an issue getting my car moved previously. I was willing to pay because it had been almost three weeks trying to get my car moved. He told me he has 4 trucks coming my way a week and should have my car shipped no issues. PERFECT well nope.

When I first talked to Marc, he told me 2250 but they would charge 450 on pick up and the rest on delivery. He sent the contract over and in his contract he had a lot of wording that I didnt like so I didnt sign it and was going to look for another carrier. About a few days later my credit card was charged for the FULL amount. I reached out to Marc asking why my CC was charged and that I never signed the contract to go through with using his services, he then said he had already talked to the contact person where my car was and confirmed a pick up for that date. This was a lie, my contact told me she spoke to him a few days prior but that he never called back. When I confronted him, he then outreaches to her and said he would be there the next day to pick up my car. Again, after so many issues I said you know what screw it, if he can get my truck home great. he told me 5-7 days, even better.

Go on vacation in DR, come back two weeks later to find my vehicle still wasn’t home???? I call on a Friday and ask him where my car was he said in NJ? and should be coming by Monday. I then get an email saying this with a delivery date. Monday comes no show I call again, He says Tuesday? I get another email saying this. But that it would be an additional 450 to get my car from NJ to Pittsburgh PA.

I called Marc he doesn’t answer and send him a text asking him why It is saying I have an additional charge which would now take my total 2700 no reply. I called my CC company and canceled my card so he wouldn’t charge it. My vehicle did show the next day in one piece. I was skeptical based on my experience and at times I wondered if this was even a legit company. Several times I considered reporting my car stolen due to the unprofessionalism this company shows and how they lie just to get a deal. They offer no way to track your car.

overall this experience was a nightmare. My car did come in one piece after almost three weeks, but will not be using this company ever again!

I had a car delivered from Fort Worth to Houston, Daniel Rua helped me and he was extremely helpful. He kept me informed from beginning until the car was Delivered. I can only speak for my experience.

A scam, scum, snake oil salesman, pathetic excuse of a business. Took our money and never scheduled a pick up time or date for our cars. He lied up to the last minute, then got offended because we kept calling him. He thought he should be spending time with his wife instead of doing the job we paid him to do. First my condolences to your wife, what an unlucky lady, second get a job. Stop posing as a transport company and get a real job, leave innocent people alone. What’s the problem, why can’t you find a real job? Is it lack of work ethic, lack of intelligence, pathetic character? Does your appearance reflect your rotten insides? No, Run, Don’t even Consider this company, and warn everyone against this name. Hope you are prepared David for what’s coming to you.
