Wish there were negative stars to give these morons. They texted me at 4:30am. I called to complain. The idiot on the phone proceeded to tell me that it was now the year 2021, etc. This company should have its license revoked.

I read all the reviews regarding the company and saw some crappy ones but mostly sounded like people didn’t like time lines, they were late or early, etc. but decided to go with them to transport 3 vehicles (both my sisters vehicles and mine) across the country. I gave them a large window of when they could be picked up and was told on Monday it would not be before Wednesday and I would hear from them them then to give me a better time estimate. They sent me an email Wednesday morning at 7 am and said a driver was on his way and nothing else, did not call or give me a heads up other than an email that I saw 3 hours later. When my sister called them to find out more details and question why neither of us were called she was yelled at and treated extremely poorly. Barry has great customer service until the customer questions something, we were rudely told he could just cancel it now if we would like.

However the actual transport company saved the day, the driver was so understanding and kind, I could not have asked for a better experience with the actual transporter.

Aaron was quick to respond and his reputation on the Land Cruiser forums seems to be true. I ended up using a different service, but he appears to be upfront and transparent. Will keep him in mind going forward.

If there was a zero-star, I’d leave that. Buyer beware, don’t consider these guys! Just RUN!!!!!

It was all smooth, until the day before delivery, after the truck had been picked up, my rep contacted me and requested I Cash App him $1200 (just under half of the payment) on the contract.

However, I was driving, so I couldn’t do it right away. When I hadn’t sent him money in a few hours, he texted and demanded that I pay him immediately, or he would be taking my truck to his lot.

He continued to threaten both me and the status of my truck through the night and into the next day.

I confirmed with the driver and he did come to my delivery location with the truck. However, the shipper We Will Transport It, did not uphold his end of the contract.

The contract included either wrecker at pick up and delivery or a hauler with a winch. Without those, it should have been $300 less. In order to pay him, we had to pay the full amount and risk the antique I was transporting because We Will Transport It did not provide a safe way to load or unload it.

Never again will I use them. One of their phone guys tried to warn me… his direct quote was “the contract is the least of your concerns, you’re going to have much bigger fish to fry. Have a good day sweetheart.” Then he hung up on me.

I have dealt with We Will Transport It for years and have referred many customers to them. My first use of their service was a random selection more than a decade ago with very little information.

I keep coming back. I come back, not because of my best experiences but because of my worst experience with them. My worst experience was when the transport had a problem beyond their control and it did take additional days for my vehicle to arrive. However, the communication remained good so I was never in doubt that the vehicle would arrive and what could have been a very bad experience was handled appropriately and I was ultimately satisfied. After the problem, they even took the time to ask if I was satisfied. What can I say? Of course I’m happy anytime a problem occurs and it’s well-handled!

Thanks Bill and crew. I’ve rewarded you with quite a few referrals from all corners for a variety of vehicles. For people who know what they need and want for shipping, I highly recommend.
