Wow, what an awful experience! And the lack of accountability is ridiculous. We were repeatedly told that we could make the final payment in cash, money order, or cashier’s check. We were NEVER told any other name/company to write the money order out to which caused a ton of confusion when the car was being delivered. The driver wouldn’t accept the payment of the money order since we made it out to AMPM. When I called Barri to understand why we were never told who to make the final payment out to he was completely condescending and said I needed to let him know if I was going to get a money order. As you can see from the email confirmation, that wasn’t communicated and it clearly gives money order as a payment option. An apology for the miscommunication would have gone a long way. Save yourself a headache and use Orange Auto Transport instead.

Barri and his team were terrific. My new car was delivered from San Diego to Denver at 9:30 PM within a few days of calling and Shannon did a fantastic job checking every single part of the delivery. They were fast, professional and had the best rate I found. (In terms of waiting, I had to wait for the dealer EVERY step of the way, which was very frustrating). But AMPM did a terrific job.

Having a car transported can be a nerve-wracking experience. It was with that in mind that I took a recommendation for Accelerated Logistics. Contrary to the reviews, I was surprised at the excellent service. Rachel was amazing at helping get me scheduled, and when there was an issue with the truck, I was kept informed. The car arrived perfectly in a clean, enclosed truck with a very polite and conscientious driver. I will use Accelerated Logistics in the future.

I picked Preowned Auto Logistics on the advice of a friend, but I will never accept advice from him again. I needed to have my older car shipped to Florida for my son who was going to sell his old car and drive mine to Denver. Given the travel plans I called a number of places to find a reasonable price and a company that could get it to Florida within a week of pick up. After a couple of false starts I chose Preowned as they were local and told me that they could ship it from Peabody to a yard in Florida for pick up by my son. I was told it was a direct trip from Peabody to Seminole on one carrier and it was direct. I got my car to them on a Monday and was told it would be there by the end of the week, so four days. Lots of calls emails and texts went mostly unanswered and bottom line is it took 8 days to get there and despite lots of questions about what happened I got no answers. As long as you don’t count on the truth of what they tell or you have a deadling then they are okay. I would never use them again.

I can not be more satisfied with the service provided by shippingmasters, Paul was really great, he was really knowledgeable and gave me a lot of tips and advice when purchasing my Road King and then transporting it from Florida to California, I found Paul to be a true gentleman, very honest, he always answer his phone and he always helped me every step of the way until my motorcycle was delivered, my motorcycle was clean and was not damaged, really great great service, I personally recommend shippingmasters to help you out with your motorcycle transporting needs.
