If I could give it 0 stars I would. I don’t know how they are still in business. I coordinated with Emile regarding my car stated ohh we are good to go for tomorrow and took my card info. Come to find out the day of the pick up it was never assigned to anyone till about and hour before the driver called me. Tried to call the place of business, since Emile gave me his word it was taken care of. I was told Emile was at lunch apparently lunch runs for 3 plus hours at that point I drove the car home my self don’t do business with them.

If you knew I was not happy you guys stated that because I signed and had no proof theirs nothing you guys can do that you guys were a third party so I don’t know how you figure like I said I called right away I don’t yelp stuff but when the email popped up I decided to go about my experiences but seems you guys get pretty cocky about people letting others know how you do business

Do not use them. I was in contact with Max to get a car delivered from Florida to Maryland because my dad died he called and assured me they would pick my car up at 3pm. We spoke to him the day before, an hour before & fifteen mins to three. At 2:48 we receive a call from the driver stating they are two hours away. I was in Florida handling arrangements for my father and had a plane to catch out of Jax at 6:25. Needless to say that didn’t happen and my bf and I ended up driving to Maryland ourselves a afterwards they refuse to answer the phone for us. Do not use them!!

If I could give zero stars, I would have. This company hired an unprofessional foreman who arrived late to our pickup appointment. Well past the end of the appointment window. The movers they had hired for the job were two day laborers who, despite working hard and trying their best, were not qualified movers. This was apparent by the way they tried moving larger and heavier furniture. They obviously did not have experience using a hand truck and they did not handle my belongings in a manner that minimized damage. They also did not wrap the furniture with blankets or anything protective. Most of my pieces arrived with some sort of visible damage. The foreman also added multiple surcharges, which he did not tell me about until everything was already loaded on the truck. I had requested a next day delivery and had gone through an extensive conversation to ensure that would be the case. The truck ended up needing maintenance. He found out it needed maintenance on the way to the pick up appointment, didn’t tell me it needed maintenance, loaded up all of my property, then went to the maintenance shop. It was only when I called later that in the day that I learned the next day delivery would not happen. There was no communication on their part to give me that notice and no willingness to offer any compensation for the fact that they’d failed to deliver their part of the agreement. When they finally arrived at my drop off location it was well into the evening two days after the originally scheduled drop off date and again the two laborers they had hired were not trained or skilled movers. As a result, my father and I had to move the majority of the items from the curb after they just unloaded the truck and left. This company was not professional and did not send qualified or trustworthy staff. I recommend you avoid working them.
