I do a fair amount of vehicle transporting and I was having a difficult time finding a carrier that would move a rather large truck to Lake Havasu City Arizona. Was referred to American Premium Logistics and put in the usual information on their website. Was contacted almost immediately by Liza Hernandez and I could not believe the price and was told that I should have a driver within a few days. I was pretty excited as I had had no luck for over a week and was constantly getting the run around from other companies. I then looked at the reviews on the company and thought I maybe was making a mistake and I had already promised my customer that it would be there by a certain date as he would only be in town for a few days to accept delivery. I contacted Liza and stated my concerns and she stated that what she said was accurate and she already had a driver lined up. I was stuck and had to keep going forward. Well let me tell you I was blown away by the customer support of Liza, she stayed in contact with phone calls and even text. Everything was set up and I was to have the vehicle picked up today (Tuesday) and delivered by Wednesday – it was tight but it would work. Liza called me early yesterday (Monday) and asked if it would be ok to pick up the vehicle a day early – hell yes, that is even better. It was scheduled and I received a call from the driver team early in the day to state that they would be here by 3:00 p.m. The driver ended up getting stuck in the horrible California traffic on the 91 in Orange County. I understand as I have been stuck many times myself. They were in constant communication with me as they inched their way closer to me. They arrived around 5:00 and in an enclosed trailer, even better than being on an open trailer as this is a very nice truck. The drivers were very pleasant and professional. They were loaded up and on their way within 25 minutes. Liza, again, was constantly in contact with me asking how everything was going. I explained they had come and gone and she still followed up and wanted me to let her know when the vehicle arrived. I contacted my customer this morning and he stated that they have already been there, again early, and it was delivered and he was very pleased and already driving his truck. Wow a company that over performs and sticks to the price and the promises and Liza was great. Always easy to get a hold of and always following up to make sure I was happy. I will use them again in the future.

This place is the worst. They said my car would be here in 3 days…its 9 days later and $600 in rental car fees due to having to extend the turn in date. We got to them through Alliance movers (shady and horrible also). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

First time using this type of service but my car got to my new place intact lol. Excellent and friendly service from start to finish.

Contacted this place to pick up a van I bought at auction, they had the lowest price so I gave them my credit card and was told they will not charge until they find a company to pick up the van. Two weeks later all the while I’m paying $30+ a day storage fee I call another broker and they tell me they see the van posted but at that price no one is going to pick it up. That makes sense I agree to a higher dollar amount with the new broker and they have it picked up within a few days. So I let MT. Olive know that I got another broker and they charge me $25. Don’t waste your time with this place.

Totally unprofessional. They took a deposit from my mom and then they said it doesn’t count towards the final payment. They refused to return the deposit. Total scam. DO NOT USE.

Update:

The company contacted us and said they will not return our money unless we agreed to change our negative review. So they are coercing people to change their reviews and opinions to suit their needs.
