I do a lot of transportation of vehicles and had one that was close but far enough away that I needed a transporter. Put my request out on the boards and was contacted by Christian at RoadRunner first. It was a good price and I agreed. I then went and looked at the reviews and was worried what I got myself into. I don’t know about the other negative reviews but I was very impressed. It is a bit hard to get a hold of anyone in dispatch but I had Christian’s extension and he always seemed to be available. When the vehicle was ready I called Christian and told him that I was worried about dates being switched and price going up but he said that it was already booked. I explained that I needed him to have his driver call our customer as he would need to work around his schedule. Well let me say it went exactly as promised, our customer was impressed with the professionalism and I was too. The vehicle arrived to us as promised and at price promised.
Do NOT recommend!! They damaged my car and customer service was the worst.
They made two dents in car and refused to admit it despite the fact that the delivery inspection report clearly showed the damage that was not present on the pickup report.
It cost me a bunch out of pocket.
I would like to say that this is the absolute worse transporters service that I’ve ever had to use. Before I start with my comment, let me just say it started off great! I was told that I would have my car the very next day and it was coming from Scott Air Force Base, IL 62225 to shoreline. Come to find out that was a complete bullshit lie! I told the guy that it would take days for me to get my motorcycle. He said no it wouldn’t and he’s been working with these guys for years. Okay so days pass and still no word on a date for my bike. Eventually I talked to the driver and his boss. I had a better conversation with those guys than the idiot from AAA. I understand that this is a business and we all want it to run smoothly. But, when you start to put the blame on everybody else and not yourself it becomes a problem. I really wanted to leave a great review but there’s absolutely no possible way I can show happiness to someone who just wants to take your money then not take the blame for his mess ups! He could’ve given me a discount but he’s so damn money hungry that he didn’t care! So that means that I CAN’T CARE for this company. I’m really pissed off. I don’t write many reviews but Luke, which is his name, is very sloppy when it comes to business. One last thing… when you’re doing business with someone, PLEASE don’t refer to them as “brother.” Just do your damn job and make the people happy. That’s what you’re in the business for, right?!

They hired us to move their customers vehicles. They never paid us for the services yet they charged the customers the money. This is stealing plain and simple. Please find a more reputable broker, there are plenty out there.
