Simply disappointing. I’ve used Intercity Lines in the past with no issues, so I thought things would go well this time around. Unfortunately I learned that they are not a truly door-to-door delivery service, despite what their website says. If their transport truck can’t get to the delivery location such as a suburban house in a residential neighborhood, it seems like you’re responsible for figuring out the last mile delivery. Headquarters/support says they’re not responsible for the last-mile cost of getting the vehicle to your destination if their tractor trailer can’t get there. Because they have no terminals, they can’t/won’t transfer your vehicle to a flatbed tow as part of the service. So after paying top dollar of enclosed transport carriers for “door-to-door” delivery of a $xxx, xxx vehicle, I still had to arrange my own flatbed tow to get the vehicle to my house 3 miles away. Compare this to when I shipped my $x,xxx daily driver with a cheapo no-name open air transport across the country for half the price of what Interline charged, and that company brought the vehicle to downtown in the city to my work parking garage on a dedicated flatbed truck. While the driver was great and did their best, headquarters was unhelpful and their actual execution of service fell well short of expectations especially for the cost and I won’t be using Intercity Lines anymore.

My 2014 Toyota FJ was damaged ($7,900) on route from the dealership to my home. The driver hit a highway overpass damaging the roof & destroying the roof rack. After doing a background check, Jesse Ross owner, J & C Transports, LLC (Las Vegas) has had a history of similar accidents and prior arrest for Driving w/ Suspended License (2nd Offense) & Improper Parking/Operating Unregistered Vehicle Trailer/Semi Trailer. He’s gone MIA leaving me w/ his share of the Progressive Cargo claim deductible of $2,500. Yes, King of the Road is the broker, however I put my trust in your services that you would find a REPUTABLE auto carrier with a professional and reliable history. I’m still out $2,500 for Jesse Ross’ deductible. I would hate to have this happen to another person. Find another broker… King of the Road is not the broker for you!

This scumbags are one of the most unprofessionals i have worked with. Wonder why your vehicle take sometime weeks to get transported? They will charge top dollar and try to hire someone else to do it for peanuts. We had an experience with them on a job. When we got to the customer’s house it was impossible to pick up this vehicle safely without without causing damage to the customers property or the car. We explained WE WILL TRANSPORT IT that they needed to hire a tow truck in order to get this vehicle safely out of the property. They did not care and threatened us with a negative review if we didn’t pick up the vehicle. BEWARE of this scumbags……

This may change up or down…right in the middle of trying to use them.

Unprepared, unprofessional, rude, inept, and under qualified.

If you are looking for lackluster and subpar, they have you covered.

My company was subcontracted to haul a unit for them. Upon arriving, we were informed the unit had been moved over 2 weeks prior.

Two weeks prior to the dispatch.

Two weeks prior to our arrival.

Two week prior to any follow-up with the end user or the manufacturer.

The arrogant broker on the phone was rude to the driver and the department head at the manufacturer, to the point when the broker hung up, she commented on how rude and gruff he was to the both of us.

As we compared documents, she provided proof it was indeed gone weeks prior to my company’s assignment. The broker in question has no business being in this business or any customer facing business for that matter.
