After googling “auto transport” to send our car to Baltimore from San Diego, I came across Metti’s competitor. I got a quote and then started looking at their reviews, which sent me to the Better Business Bureau site. When I looked up the competition, I couldn’t find them, they had stopped being a member, and for me, that was a red flag. I searched the BBB site, and I found Metti Intl Vehicle transport. I saw their excellent reviews, and called. Joe answered the phone and we had a long talk about auto transport – safety, insurance, turnaround time and more. I seemed like an honest person, and even though I was ready to commit to his business, he didn’t take my credit card or info that day because we were still having the car repaired. He wasn’t just focused on my needs, he was looking at the likelihood of being able to find a truck to transport to two major cities and the need to be ready to go at a moments notice if found. I appreciated this thoroughness and trust that I was going to follow through with my quote, and call him back.

I found Joe friendly, reassuring, even fatherly, when it came to advice on my cars repairs, so I wouldn’t get ripped off at the auto repair shop.

Joe stated he would find a truck quickly, the transport would be safe, the driver would be focused on getting the car across the USA in 6 days, door to door service and he reassured me I would be happy.

His quote came in $100 less than the other places, he was spot on in all the other reassurances and our car got to Baltimore in 4 days!!!

Totally great experience.

If I was to say one critical thing it would be that the car was delivered at 10pm at night (I guess not typical – usually it’s during business hours). It was being delivered to my young adult daughter that, because of the swift transport, and 30 min ETA, didn’t have enough time to have another person with her (for her safety) while handing over cash and needing to look over the car before the driver left. That caused a bit of stress, but that wasn’t something Joe had any control over.

All is well, we are very happy with the transport and the support we received. Thank you, Joe, for everything! We will use Metti’s for any car transport needs we have in the future!

I booked to ship my car from a dealership to my home in another state via a dealership.

When I rang to confirm the details of pick up and delivery I was treated to Rick Hyman’s unique customer service technique.

I was treated like a fool to even ask for this information, I was given nothing instead told to go away.

Based on this call, I decided I would not be giving them my business.

With service like this, they are not worthy of mine or your trust.

Passport was great. Chris worked with me to get the car picked up within a tight window, and Andy kept me updated as he drove. Pickup and drop-off were quick and efficient, with plenty of heads-up they were coming.

Very professional, and everything was in order – can’t ask for more.

I really don’t recommend doing business with these guys Brothers Motors. I left my truck on their territory for repair I closed it and left them the truck key. These guys changed the cylinder on the trailer hydraulic system for a month. Although this can usually be done in 2 hours. When I returned to them, I saw that my truck was robbed, all my documents, quadrocopter, video camera and all my personal belongings were stolen from the truck. I asked the boss of Brothers Motors Service named Alex what happened? Alex replied that they are not responsible for closing the truck even though it’s in their possession for repairt stated that is the rules and they are not to blame. Although I left them the key and closed my truck. My truck was open when I arrived and all my belongings were stolen. Alex was rude to me and refuse to show me the cameras no apology and wrote out an invoice for repairs worth more than $ 3,000. Terrible service, I plan to go to court!
