I recently purchased a classic Cadillac from a CLC member in Wisconsin. I searched reviews from other CLC members for auto transport. Based off quotes for covered transportation and several positive reviews on the CLC forum, I decided to use Go 2 Transportation over some of the bigger known names in auto transport. This was the first time I’ve had to ship or transport a car, so I didn’t know quite what to expect. I emailed a few questions and information about the pick up and delivery window and was told an estimate pick up date by Tommy and driver would be assigned.

Driver showed up to seller’s place two day earlier than expected. Luckily it worked out for us and I received my car two days earlier, but this could have been an issue if seller wasn’t available.

A negative was my perception of lack of communication. My dream car was coming to me and I felt I was in limbo knowing when it would be finally here. I had to reach out to see if a driver was assigned and we only heard from the driver when he was about 24 hours out from pick up and delivery. Once driver was close, he did provide updates on when he would actually be at my house.

Overall I am happy because I got my car fast and safe. I’m giving five stars due that car was picked up and delivered within seven days as promised; just early, which was not a problem for me. I also appreciated the fact it was delivered on a Saturday, since I didn’t have to take time off work. There was also no delays due to weather which was great since a big snow storm was happening in the mid-west at the time.

Driver Marcelino was very professional and prompt. The early morning delivery allowed a first full day to go over the car. Five stars for him too.

I’ve had a few local delivery companies to move vehicles to and from my place of business and couldn’t believe the damage I have received and these so called other companies would not correct the issues for me .( I don’t like to name names that’s who I am) So I heard through the grapevine about Canuck Towing so I tried these guys out…. to my surprise the office personnel are very pleasant to deal with and with the last 6 months I’ve been using them (5-6 deliveries/ month) I have nothing but great respect for them and the high quality workmanship I received. Good rates and professional drivers, I highly recommend this company they will meet your needs, thank you

Don’t count on their Promise at all my car was pick up almost 15 days later than what they promised

Those guys will sale you story and more story and take you money and not going to do for you refund even if they don’t do the service for you

Daniel was nice on the phone in the begging and after was really rude guy

I told him over the phone you can’t charge my card if you don’t have any car to tow my car he knock the phone and charge my card .

This is scamming.

TMShipping initially offered a competitive price after I chatted with one of their sales reps. We decided on a date and time, and they said the car would be transported in about a week. All was going well.

I end up having to micromanage them a lot with the scheduling. I repeatedly call Carmen to explain to her the truck has to be picked up on a Wednesday. She’s very accommodating at first, but the truck isn’t picked up like we agreed.

She ends up MIA afterwards, so I get in touch with her manager Max. He charges me an extra 20% on top of what we previously agreed to complete the deal! I figure he’s tired of me and wants me off the books while shifting the extra fees for a better shipper onto me. I know he’s screwing with me, but I look forward to writing the Yelp review later. I also happened to need the truck moved ASAP, so Max lucked out on his hustle this time.

I will say the shipping company that got my truck over here is good, and I’ll be working with them directly in the future. Heck, I had to work directly with them anyway because TMShipping stopped responding to my calls and emails. The actual shipping company is the only reason I’m allowing 1 extra star on this review!
