I had my car shipped from Maryland to California. Luckily I have a newer Ford which comes with an app that tells you gas mileage, car location, etc. The day after my car was picked up I noticed that my gas was being used (car was obviously being driven). I called the person who picked up my car (Mario) and asked if he was driving my car. He told me it was driven on and off the truck and that it wouldn’t need to be driven again. But it had been driven at least 20 miles! The numbers didn’t change again after I mentioned it. But when I finally got my car back, I didn’t notice it at first, but there was a Verizon back with a receipt for AirPods sitting in my front passenger seat!! He went shopping in my car!

I immediately called Kim Lemuel Lam, the Senior Auto Transport Consultant and the person who coordinated my transport. He said he would “look into it” and “get back to me”. He never did. I reached out to him again and heard nothing. I feel absolutely violated. The least they could have done was pay for my gas! My child’s belongings were in that car, and that man drove it around to God knows where! Do NOT use them.

I was researching different carriers to ship my brother in laws car. He needed help doing this because he’s in the service. I started dealing with this company, but we kept playing phone tag. I ended up finding another carrier and when I apologized and told the owner that I found someone else, he “Thanked me for wasting his time” not very professional at all. Good initial experience flushed down the toilet with that remark.

Please do not use this broker. They will verbally make commitments that seem to meet the customers needs such as the customers selection of day and time of delivery but once they identify a carrier, they don’t communicate with the carrier the information that the customer provides. Once the customer realizes this, they do nothing for them and instead puts the responsibility on their head to make amends with the carrier. This is bad customer service and is unethical practice. In my case, the carrier did not stick with the time requested of the customer and ended up taking my car in their possession to another city requiring that I pay a storage fee to pick up my car. When I arrived at the hidden address, my car was not in storage but was out in the open nearby a street with the doors unlocked.

Overall this was bad customer service and is unethical practice. They are just in it for the money and do not care at all for their customers. Please do yourself and favor and run from this company. If I can give lower stars, I would.

I had been working with Ronnie, the owner of the company to schedule my car transport for over a month. We had decided upon a Saturday pick up which he confirmed could not be changed and there would be no issues. I paid the $300 deposit, and my total amount was to be $2000 for 2 cars to be shipped from Sacramento to Atlanta. The week of the move I had to practically chase after Ronnie to ensure we were still good to go. Finally I hear from him on Wednesday, when he calls to let me know that the price of the shipping is now $2350, and that the pick up would be Friday. I was shocked and said I did not appreciate the price changing at the last moment, to which he responded “well I’m telling you now.” My husband and I had to scramble to figure out how we were going to make it home from work in time to ship out the cars.

Ronnie proceeded to tell me that the driver taking my cars would be in contact soon, and he was. Aiken was the drivers name, who called me on Thursday to tell me that I was to meet him at a truck stop to drop off the cars. Once again, Ronnie had told me the cars would be picked up from my house and dropped off to the drop off address. When Aiken told me this I was angry but understood that he needed a large open space for his vehicle to pick up multiple cars. My husband called Ronnie back letting him know that we will be flexible in Sacramento for all of this, but there would be no flexibility in GA as our elderly parents would be receiving the cars and not us, since we had to head elsewhere for new job training. Ronnie was extremely long winded and aggressive but basically said to speak with Aiken and communicate that to him. Aiken was not able to speak English properly, so that didn’t happen.

Upon arriving in Atlanta, Aiken sent me a different address to give my parents to pick up the cars! Additionally, Ronnie had assured me that we can pay with a credit card, but Aiken said he would only accept cash or money order. This once again was a change of plan and caused us to scramble at the last moment.

The cars arrived in one piece, but nothing else went according to plan. This was a nightmare of an experience, and Ronnie is an absolute cheat. I would not recommend or work with him again.

I want to be honest and fair, so I let some time pass before reviewing. Start with the good/OK, bottom line, I got my truck, but they DID NOT MEET their own parameters for success. Now the bad: (1.) The truck was supposed to be (admittedly, not a guarantee) shipped within a 3 day window. Instead, it shipped after 7 days, which put me in a bind because it was delivered mid-day on Christmas eve. (2.) Their customer service explanation for this was basically, “I’m sorry, but we never guaranteed 3 days.” (3.) What I found more SLEAZY, is that they use the age-old sales technique of time pressure…if you watch a video of the owner telling you how good their service is and how bad the competition is, THEN BOOK within 30 minutes, they GUARANTEE a top load (the benefits of this is explained in detail in the video). The driver arrived and the truck was on bottom, which I confirmed was like that from MI to CA. (4.) When I advised Mr. Shipper of this, the offered no response other than to say my top load fee would be refunded, which it was. Not even an “I’m sorry.” When I asked how that constitutes a guarantee, I got nothing in return. Basically, it’s a time-pressure sales technique with bait-and-switch – DISAPPOINTED.
