If I could give less than 1 Stat I would.

Unprofessional, Irresponsible, and inept provider in the entire United States you can find. I learned my lesson the hard way and our 3-month-old vehicle was destroyed by these guys deliberately for refuse to paying additional money as an act of revenge.

We did a blunder mistake by choosing these guys to ship our vehicles cross country. They changed the invoice multiple times asking for more money after our vehicles were taken into their custody, but both vehicles were damaged beyond imaginations, Antena was ripped apart, the side door scratched and it was evident that they made their best effort to destroy the vehicle on purpose, after trying to reach them multiple times. They wouldn’t respond to out any of the calls. I have had it enough that now I prepared for a legal battle. I will keep providing updates

We shipped our Cadillac CTS from Arizona to Maine.

“We can get your car all the way to your driveway”…Patrick Milford bragged.

After it was too late to change our plans, he then told us he can only get it as close as Bangor…a FIVE-HOUR round trip drive from our driveway.

Patrick told us there are restrictions in getting a tractor-trailer into Eastport.

No such restrictions exist we later discovered.

He also said United uses its own equipment and drivers.

Patrick told us everything we wanted to hear while we were shopping for an auto shipper.

Once it was too late to change our plans, EVERYTHING changed.

For our 5-hour inconvenience…he refunded 4.3% of the money we paid him.

A person simply cannot deal with a liar.

Once we committed and it was too late to change our minds, EVERYTHING changed.

Horrible Experience!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This is a scam company. They will quote you a low price but on the day of your pickup they will try an increase your price double or more. This happened to us. We refused to pay. We felt like we were being extorted. We called our initial contact who must have been a broker for them and he finally was able to get them to honor our original price. This was just the beginning of our horrible experience. Their customer service is horrible to deal with. They ignore your phone calls and when they do answer they are rude and unprofessional. They would lie to us every time we called to check on the status of our delivery. We had requested a Dec 15th delivery date and we finally got our stuff delivered on Dec. 29th. By law they have 21 days of your requested delivery date to deliver to you and they push this date to the limit. Why I don’t know. We received out items minus a king size mattress and 2 boxes of kitchen items. They also caused damage to some of our furniture (scratches and chips). When you try and complain they act like this is normal business and give you a link to make a claim. I do not expect to ever see my stuff again nor do I expect to be compensated.

If you use this company you will be sorry you did.

Nine Iron Transport is very professional and dependable. Car transported from MA to FL. We do this twice a year for $900 each way.

This company was repeatedly asked not to contact me. Sorry that your representative could not understand that I have already unsubscribed multiple times and asked every time you contacted me to remove my email. Doesn’t matter if your rep is male or female. If you can’t do your job find a new one. Pretty petty your company would hide behind false statements that I was talking wrong to a female. Never mind how she spoke to me even after I repeatedly asked to be removed after the multiple unsubscribes.
