Terrible!!! And I’ve moved cross country, I moved in the same state, by far…terrible and a scam. The quote is unrealistic, unprofessional workers, sloppy and unfriendly, doubled the quote. Don’t use under any circumstances.

They jumped my car backwards and caused serious electrical damage to my car. I put a running driving car on their trailer and they delivered a car that was not running or driving. Roy takes no responsibility and told me he would be blocking my number.

Quoted me in under a minute… didnt ask me my name, personal info etc which I hate when people do that. They asked me all they needed to know, gave me a fast quote and i enjoyed speaking to them. Then all they did was ask my email so they could SEND me a link to fill out full details… thank you! This is how it should be done. I will be using them to ship my car. Other places ask you all your info before even telling you cost ugg.. then they sell your info and you get blown up by text. This company is AWESOME for honest fast quotes. I was so sick of talking to other people about quotes so when I called Thrifty Auto Shipping… breath of fresh air!

Always moving is fantastic, arriving right on time at our location, the estimated time of the move was right on point as well. James, Kyle and Schamel, the three gentlemen that took care of our move, were above and beyond professional, not a dent, no breakage whatsoever, nothing misplaced, it was a real pleasure working with them. I am more than happy to recommend them. All in all I give them an A++. I would not hesitate to use them again!

This is the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. They fail to communicate with the client and driver effectively. My driver did not show up after delaying multiple times, which cause me to miss my flight. Never sign anything for them without getting the details…this is a scam. Lesson learned
