VERY HAPPY!!! The company was upfront & honest w/price, connected me with a carrier (JR TRANSPORTATION) right away. Could not be any happier. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Beware of other companies who promise transport with too good to be true cost!

The quoted price is competitive, the weird thing is you could get difference quotes depending on the people you interact with. To test this out I actually inquired about the same transport to two different people (through two different online forms) and the second quote was over $130 more. Anyway, reason for the 3 start is mainly due to communication. They were really quick at communicating and getting back to me before I made the deposit, but after the deposit is made I experienced a much delayed response or no response at all. At first I thought it was the Thanksgiving holiday, but after being ignored for 6 days I simply blamed on their professionalism. One other thing I didn’t appreciate is how the driver called me an hour before and after the car was picked up and dropped off, which I specifically asked to be told at least a day in advance. Also, keep in mind that this company is also a broker so the bad or good reviews you see here may or may not pertain to them so use your best judgment.

Recently transported a car from Florida to California. The only thing that was timely was the pick up. We were told delivery would be 5-6 days and the car arrived in 10 days with limited and conflicting information just about every day. We talked to at least three different people during the transport and I still really don’t know who delivered the car. The car did arrive intact but we incurred over $500 in additional expenses (hotel and rental car) due to the delay. Spend a few extra bucks and go with a large, national company if you have a long transport!

Nice until you have a problem. Then suddenly screaming at me and hanging up when I ask him to explain where my car is. Very aggressive and angry guy. Helped me figure out where it was eventually, but so so rude in the process.

Do not use this company. Took weeks to pick up my vehicle when promised earlier dates. Gave a quote and then once the vehicle is in their possession hold it hostage to charge you more (even though you have in email correspondence from them stating this is door to door total cost). They do not communicate anything. Email after email and voice mail after voice mail go unanswered. Still waiting for my vehicle after they picked it up over 3 weeks ago. Would never use this company or subject anyone to use them.

I wish I would have done a little more research before choosing them. I would have never used them. Like others have said on here, save yourself the anguish and pain!!!
