THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES!!!!!! They started by promising me my car would be picked up on Friday or Monday FOR $800 door to door. Of course that didn’t happen. I called and was told the driver was delayed by the storm which made no sense since the driver was coming from Pennsylvania not Florida. Then i was told it would be picked up Tuesday. Once again didn’t happen and no phone called to to me. I had to repeatedly call them. Finally my car was picked up on Wednesday. On Friday i get a phone call from the driver saying this broker is telling him i owe$900 and to collect it when he drops off the car. I told the driver i had in writing from the broker i only owed $800 and wouldn’t pay a penny more than that. I sent a text to Todd and Truthful Transport at 3 pm on a Friday asking why he was trying to change the price. No response. THEN TODD, THIS ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL JERK SENDS ME A TEXT AT 1:49 AM saying i owe $800, which was the original price anyway, not the $900 he had between trying to get from me. BUT THERE I’D NO EXCUSE FOR Sending Someone A TEXT MESSAGE AT 1:49 AM ABOUT THIS BS!!! He SAID my credit card was being declined but when i checked with the card company they said he wasnt a valid vendor and that was why they wouldn’t let a charge go through to his company. He also sent a text to the driver saying i was trying to rip him off even though i had in writing the original amount was $800. If they want to deny any of this i can post the text messages Todd sent me. They are lowlife liars. Go anywhere but this place. Calling themselves Truthful Transport is a joke!!!!
Never shipped a car before and was super nervous with a lot of questions. Mike was super attentive, answered all my questions and always picked up when I called (this detail is what sold me the most bc I knew he would be in communication regarding the status of my car). The whole process was effortless! I gave my car to the car transporter in NY on a Friday and by Sunday my car was in Fl. I flew in a little late so I had the car delivered to me on Monday. If you want a reasonable rate and reliable service stick with them. Will def use again if I have to.
Extremely rude driver. Nothing but attitude. Came in and said I’ve been waiting 15 minutes for someone. Instead of coming in and letting us know he was out side in the first place. Not very smart. Rude dude.
This company is a fraudulent business and I’m shocked they are still running. Do NOT trust Harrison Pom, he scammed me very badly. He stole money from me and has ignored all my texts and phone calls. I was supposed to expect a moving truck after sending him over $600 for a deposit to secure a truck after signing the contract and the movers never showed up to my house. He made up an excuse saying Troy Larsen had family issues and that he was just parked outside his family’s house not moving the truck. He promised me the next day that the movers will arrive, shocker, they never did once again. I have a strong belief that he never hired any movers from the beginning. Especially since he kept giving me the runaround and wouldn’t give me the movers contact info to get ahold of them myself. He is also very unreliable and ignores half your calls and texts. I already reported him and I hope others who have been scammed by him in the past did as well. His shady business will be shut down soon and karma will come to take care of him.
Don’t use! I was quoted $1100 for an enclosed transport and they asked for for a $150 deposit. They told me on the phone that the $150 deposit would go to the driver and be deducted from the total owed. Well, at drop-off (not pick-up) the driver informed us he never received the deposit and forced the recipients of the vehicle to pay $1100. I never received a contract for this exchange until the recipients of the vehicle demanded one from the driver. There was no mention of the deposit, nor any mention of any exchange of money other than the $1100.
The person who I had been in contact with dropped off the face of the earth at this point. He sent me texts but wouldn’t answer his phone. He admitted I was owed a refund in text messages. Later that night this person (Michael) sent himself a phony email and forwarded it to me saying the original quote was $1200. He insisted he had sent me this fake email on September 22nd (my vehicle wasn’t even for sale until October 7th). They know they owe me $150 dollars back for the deposit, as promised, and they have gone to great, grimy lengths to hold on to $150.
Michael gave me the info to call his manager who subsequently became unresponsive after saying he would review the recorded phone calls. I have left a message and sent several emails but have received no response because he has nothing to say. I dont want anyone else to get screwed over by these fools. Just don’t do it!
