Great transport of my trailer NY to TX! Company was in constant communication on where my trailer was and when I should receive it

We were called by the driver on Tuesday October 27th and told the driver will arrive the next day, Wednesday October 28th, in the evening.

On the morning of October 28th we received a call around 8am from the driver that he was an hour away and we would need to meet him 10 miles from the drop-off address. We were previously told the driver would not be arriving until the evening and arriving at the destination we scheduled.

Because of this last minute change, we had to rearrange our entire schedules and drive 20 miles roundtrip from where we have

had numerous cars dropped and confirmed the drop off spot months ago.

Upon meeting the driver, we found the cars extremely filthy. Due to the cars being on the open truck, we understand dirt may accumulate, however the amount of dirt on the cars compared to the numerous other times we’ve shipped the cars across the country seemed to amount to negligence and lack of care. We were also unable to ascertain if any damage was done to the vehicles due to the amount of dirt and mud caked on them. We also had to clean the mirrors before driving off due to the amount of dirt. We’ve never had to do that before with an open carrier shipping service.

I emailed Allied about this experience and received no response.

Company is not responsible with your belongings and will try to add additional charges beyond initial quote once you are cornered and your things are already in their possession. They show up in a smaller truck and transfer belongings in and out of warehouses then arrive at the residence with an 18 wheeler truck that cannot fit or isn’t allowed anywhere near the property.

Belongings arrive damage and you aren’t even allowed to see your items until you pay them the additional irrational fees they are requesting due to the surprise addition of an 18 wheeler truck.

This company is a SCAM. They damaged my car so bad. The owner max denied himself of fault and told me to file a claim on his bond. Please never contract with this company.

Lucas has made this process easy for me. He went above his job to make me comfortable with shipping my car for the first time. My car is being picked up today & I’ll let you know how the rest goes.
