Finding a transportation company that could ship a Sprinter from Waukesha to Las Vegas was a lot more difficult than it should have been. Lucky for me, Richard at Garcia’s Auto Transport & Logistics saved the day!

From the initial email to the final delivery, Richard made certain that I understood everything involved. His price never changed and it seemed fair considering the distance and type of vehicle being shipped.

I highly recommend using Garcia’s for your shipping needs. I look forward to being able to use Richard moving forward.

If I could give zero stars I would . These people are not professionals at all. They use 3rd party companies that are negligent. I used Crestline to deliver my car from Dallas to California. They took before pictures and sent them to me . On the day it arrives it comes with out the bumper looking as if it has been in a wreck . I asked the driver how did it happen . He asks me did it have a bumper on it when we picked it up ? I said yes ! You took a Before picture of it with the bumper and sent it to me ! He then proceeds to say “oh well it must have flew off on the highway !!! So you tell me you have cars on your truck and while your driving you don’t notice a bumper flying off on the highway ? He says no . Keep in mind this was a 2-3 day drive he had to make , and at no time you notice no bumper ? So they tell me take it to a body shop get a estimate . I do that the body shop tells me it’s around 6K to fix since not only did they rip the bumper off but they damaged some internal parts that connect to the bumper . I send the estimate to ALAN at Crestline. He tells me Oh no that is too much money . I then tell him . You can find any body shop you like. And I will take my car there to get the estimate . Crestline then response with a email saying we can only offer you 1K to fix the bumper as they feel that is all it’s worth . I will be getting my lawyer on this . This happened 10/12/2020. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND THEY ALSO BILLED ME FOR THE DELIVERY WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY -David Stephens

The owner reached out to me and got my car moved for a reasonable price. Service was faster than expected. The carrier they used was a pain who wouldn’t drop the car at my address (had to walk a block and a half) and refused to include a bumper in the car).

Last week we had our car transported by their company from California to Florida and we had a great experience with them. Isaac kept me updated with the status and the price was great comparing to other transporting companies. Our car was delivered on time as they promised. I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews here. So my family is really satisfied with their service. It’s a well deserved 5 star review.
