My shipping was $500 that originally quoted. Then it was not picked up on time or delivered on time. It was supposed to be delivered Wednesday. It is now Monday and I STILL do not have my car. I cannot get a call or email back and I have left several messages and emails. Choose someone else. ANYONE else! They stop communicating and returning phone calls as soon as they book your transport. The company actually transporting also does not return calls or messages. At this point my car is 5 days past the delivery date and it is still not here.
Great service from the gal that I spoke w on the phone to paperwork to fill out simple and fast. All happened in one day from ordering service to picking up at my door, took 4 days to get to his nashville door. The price was better than expected. Shipped my son’s car from California to Nashville, and the truck driver/owner was on the ball… easy to work with. I w be using again.
I picked three different carriers. I chose another carrier. I was advised I needed to get insurance which was added to the balance. I was contacted and informed they have a driver, however the driver wanted more money…$300 more. I politely said, no thanks and immediately contacted Sherpa, which I should have done in first place. No hidden fees. Polite and professional. A company of their word. The driver was Gungaa with MGI Express, Inc. smooth transition, worry free. I got my car in three and a half days. Will use again!!!

Terrible experience from start to finish. Do NOT use this company! They will lure you in with the lowest price and then say they cannot get a driver on that route unless you pay the price. Then at the end, want you to pay the driver cash. Shady business practices all around.
