I’ve shipped several cars in the past, none of which come close to the high level of concierge service that Henry provided. He’s knowledgeable and fully transparent on what to expect with the driver and pricing. I had multiple cars to ship to multiple locations and I kid you not within 5 minutes, Henry had located a reputable driver to pick up my cars same day. Some may call it luck, but I call it that’s what you’ll expect working with Henry. All cars were delivered on its expected date and in great condition.

Where do I begin with these people! Late on day 1, brought the wrong size truck, delivery was an absolute disaster once our stuff finally made it. Threw furniture out of the door, did not assist in putting anything back together, after unpacking we had damaged: Bose sound bar shattered, dishes, heirlooms broken, appliances dented, appliances broken, teak wood table leg broken off after being thrown out the door. I helped load and unload to get them out of our homes!!! Buy a donkey and a trailer before using these people. Our claim check that was offered was 30 bucks, our damage was over 3000 bucks!!!

Mosby. Instructed to deposit $200 to secure a spot for sipping my Ford Expedition from Texas to Washington for total

amount $650. waited for the driver to pickup the car for one week. Contacted Stan Mosby on tel#727.354.6557 which has

been blocked when I call. After two weeks Stan Mosby called and he indicated he could not get a driver to ship the car at

that price and the price was went from $650 to $1500. I requested refund. Promised refund in one week. Called after

2weeks and instructed that accounting was still working on refund. Called after 5weeks my phone blocked from their

end.

I was a little worried when I saw the reviews but upon reading further it seemed that they are now under new management and I love their service! I spoke with Mitch and he was able to give me an amazing offer and was able to answer all my questions right then and there. He was even able to find a dispatcher to pick up my car this afternoon after a few minutes of speaking with me. They are super nice and they don’t have any hidden fees. Highly appreciate them and thank them for an amazing service!
