My car has now been in their possession for 7 days. Today I was given NO eta. Meaning they have no idea when I should expect my vehicle. My car is somewhere in Kansas unlocked and again, they could care less! No ETA!
This is my second time using this company and will be my last! Their communication is awful and how are you going to keep someone’s car and think, not big deal. No eta!
Use some other honest, organized and professional company. This is not it.
*This is NOT weather related.
this is the worst company to deal with. i called and spoke to 3 different individuals at this company. all 3 were rude and unprofessional.
i called on 2 separate days and every time i got someone on the phone they seemed to not want to help or started to argue and raise their voice. i even told the last guy to “calm down” and “i am not calling to dispute or argue”.
im not sure who is in charge but this company seriously needs to get some better people or train their workers in customer service skills.
if you want to argue or have somebody scream at you…give uz trans a call!
I had a car shipped from Texas to MissourI. The car arrived as scheduled and without any damage. The driver was courteous and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with their service. I will use them again if I need to have my car hauled.
So many issues. First, they start you at one price to lure you in, then they say nahh it’ll be just a bit more. Then, 300 plus more and you have yourself a driver. Not just any driver, one that doesn’t have a BOL, arrives a day late without any communication, and picked up a car that was supposed to be run/start, but without a BoL, no proof of that. The company told me they picked it up one day, the delivery people said they picked it up the following day. All I get are apologies. I don’t care how sorry you are. I expect compensation when your company miscommunicates, and hires inept/possibly illegal drivers. I won’t tell anyone to use this company. Absolutely terrible experience.
After reading the ratings, I was rather concerned about using Lowe’s (Sacramento) installers. I called Lowe’s and spoke with someone in appliances to ask about PL and whether they’re aware of recent service levels and any customer comments, good or bad. I was told PL replaced two of their installers a couple months ago. I’m glad I didn’t cancel the installation of an over-the-range microwave. Kyle called before arriving to provide ETA, showed up with tools, work blanket (we had covered glass top stove w/2×4 wood to protect against an accidental hard landing). He was very polite, efficient; removed old microwave, installed new brackets and microwave. We’re very pleased with the installation experience, and hope others are as well.
