After reading the ratings, I was rather concerned about using Lowe’s (Sacramento) installers. I called Lowe’s and spoke with someone in appliances to ask about PL and whether they’re aware of recent service levels and any customer comments, good or bad. I was told PL replaced two of their installers a couple months ago. I’m glad I didn’t cancel the installation of an over-the-range microwave. Kyle called before arriving to provide ETA, showed up with tools, work blanket (we had covered glass top stove w/2×4 wood to protect against an accidental hard landing). He was very polite, efficient; removed old microwave, installed new brackets and microwave. We’re very pleased with the installation experience, and hope others are as well.

At last, my deposit has been refunded against all their expectations. Actually, their fake “business” consists of tricking clients and pulling out deposits with no service provided, nor refund. All their comments below show their miserable dreams and hopes to avoid refund without providing service. But these people can’t understand this kind of fake “business” can’t be successful and once is going to crash. First of all because this is unblessed by God, and they leave unsatisfied so many people that create a negative Karma accumulated over what they have been doing

My car has been siting for 4 days in Florida (the pick up location). It should be in the destination or close by today. I suspect they are holding it until they get more cars to sign on. I would never use this company again. Now I’m sitting on hold for who knows how long! What a waste of time and energy dealing with this so-called company. Once they get their money they have know idea what’s going on with the transporter.

Exceptional Customer Service! Superb Service all the way around. Must remember … It’s a process! Be patient . Used them twice in a month – both times had great communication and carriers they used were great and seemed truly fully vetted. Ratatati & 1MD transported my vehicle with great care & communication. Both drivers were kind & pleasant – they were both foreign but communicated exceptionally well- no problems! One shipment took the entire 5 day window for carrier assignment then 2 days for pickup to our area – was getting a little worried. All worked out though . They honored their price lock guarantee and got things moving with a carrier by pitching in as promised by day 5. Also, they always answered the phone (in my 2 experiences ) … That goes a long way in easing concerns & stress level! By second use of them – I was a pro at understanding the process. Highly recommend! 10/10!
