Find The Right Car Carrier For Your Move

I was repeatedly lied to about the status of our car pickup. I called three times over the week prior to the scheduled pickup, which was Saturday June 5th. In all three calls, I attempted to obtain the driver’s contact information, and their reply was always that the driver would contact me the Wednesday prior to the pickup.

Wednesday and Thursday passed with no call, both times I called Creative Rides again and they assured me that the driver would call the following day. On Friday, just 1 day before the pickup, there was no call and Creative stopped answering the phone altogether. The same thing happened today, which is the day our car should have been picked up. Not even an email or text to let us know of a delay, or apologize, nothing.

Now, the reason I know they lied, is that we’re now scrambling to try to schedule a pickup with a different company in 1-2 days, and several brokers have told me that the job is up in a national board that all the car transportation brokers and carriers use, and there is no driver assigned to it.

We have to take a flight to move cross-country in 3 days, and this is causing us a great deal of stress. Read other reviews and you’ll find similar experiences. This company’s practices are fraudulent, they will lie to you and abandon you. Avoid at all costs.

Contracted this company about moving my truck from VA to TX as I am on a contract here working in the COVID unit. Spoke with Mike about moving my vehicle and he took my deposit. I asked for an email confirmation about insurance coverage and final details prior to them picking up my vehicle. Mike says it’ll be picked up Friday at 7PM. I text him reminding him about the email. No response. I text him the next day looking for confirmation on the pick up. No response. I try to call him 4 hours before my vehicle is to be picked up. No answer/ No response. So I finally text him and say that I do not want them picking up my vehicle and I’ll find another company. I also requested my deposit back. I have received no response. I was super skeptical about shipping my vehicle because it’s a lot of trust to put in strangers! This company showed me that I was right! I probably will never get a response or my money back. I’m considering changing my bank card number because I do NOT trust these people.

July 2020! My advice to anyone considering using Creative Rides to transport your vehicle to find another Company. I would strongly consider using another Company to avoid the Stress and working to get your money refunded. I read the reviews and thought maybe not true but I am here to tell you it is TRUE since it just happened to me. I talked to Mike by phone and text and he was available and answered his phone and replied to my text before he collected payment. After he received payment communication stopped! I was advised my vehicle would be picked up and delivered. This never happened and NOW Mike does not answer his phone or reply to any texts. I found another Company and all has worked out well! I have filed a Claim against Mike to have my money refunded and I have made a complaint to the BBB. If you decide to use Then I will tell you Good Luck but prepare yourself To expect the exact same thing to happen to you!!! GOD doesn’t like ugly or THIEFS so I’m sure what goes around will come around and he will have his day. GOD doesn’t forget…..
