I had a truck shipped from Virginia to Washington State through SGT Auto Transport, with final delivery via Diesel Auto Express. I couldn’t be happier with both of these companies. They are professional, courteous, and very customer-oriented. Bonus: their rates are very competitive and it should not be hard to decide with whom to do business if you require vehicle shipment. I highly recommend Diesel Auto Transport and SGT and would use them again.
Wonderful service! Kristopher stayed in communication with me during pick up and drop off. He made sure to call ahead and verified someone would be there to meet him and even went above and beyond when my flight was delayed and worked with me. It’s people like him that makes a stressful move seem simple and easy with less stress. Thank you Kristopher for everything you’ve done and the whole auto diesel family.
Did a west coast to east coast transport, overall a very positive experience. The car arrived within the specified time, without damage or incidence and the driver got as close as possible to the drop off address as they could (couldn’t drive an 18 wheeler into residential).
The one complaint would be the short two hour notice before pick up. I was given a 3 day window and expected a schedule the day before. However, on the last day of the window, I was called and told the driver would be ready to pick up in two hours. I had to rush home and rearrange my schedule that day, or wait another week. This was extremely annoying but I’m giving 4 stars because the end result was as expected.
