Best services ever. Very fast and affordable. I recommend as a satisfied customer. The driver updated me every step, am pleased with the company.
My pickup truck left the original dealership in perfect condition. It arrived at my house with a broken speed sensor. A week and $437 later, I was able to pick up my truck from the local dealership. After waiting 2 weeks for a response, I emailed Diesel Auto Express back asking for an update. They sent me a response stating that it was impossible that they could have damaged the speed sensor harness and therefore declined to pay. Seriously? I would have given 5 stars if they had just shown a little integrity. Now, I’m filing a claim with the broker, SGT Auto. We’ll see how that goes.
